Vacation rentals with a pool in Chincoteague

Lindsay and Andrew’s Summer Breeze home in Berlin met all of our expectations. We particularly enjoyed the pool, grill and outdoor amenities - which made it perfect for our family holiday weekend getaway. The house is well kept, comfortable, neatly stocked with all essential amenities as described and, is staged and modeled exactly as pictured in the photos. We appreciated a quiet retreat, off the beaten path, yet we had an easy and quick drive to stores, restaurants and to the Ocean City boardwalk. As hosts, they were very responsive and efficiently communicated what we needed to know in advance, making our stay easy and smooth. From the booking process to assisting us with a couple of adjustments, they did not hesitate to help us. If there is an opportunity for us in the future, we’d love to stay again. Absolutely wonderful hosts!! Very responsive and helpful. There might have been an issue with the lockbox so they called ahead to make sure we could get in! I will definitely be booking with Shawn and Terri again!

Clare and Chris could not be nicer and easier to work with. My family/friends have been getting together since 1994 and have been to many great Airbnb's and VRBO's. My group could not stop telling me how great of a week we had. The primary features that were import to us which the house scored big are as follows: It has a dock (we arrived via boat), The kitchen is big, laid out for many "Cooks", The kitchen was open to the dining room table, The dining room table is open to the sitting areas, The pool was clean and inviting, The fire pit with seasoned firewood was a big hit for our group, All the beds were comfortable, The bedrooms were large and comfortable, The baths were clean, modern & large and The location to "What to do in Cambridge" is only 7-10 miles away. We made prearrangements: Richardson Maritime Museum to have a guided tour with David Williams on Friday and Spocott Windmill with George Radcliff. Both of these tours were fascinating. Our weekend was 5-Stars.

We had a wonderful stay at Chris and Loreees place! Super responsive when needed and clear instructions for check in and out. Private, quite, clean building and condo and we had everything we needed. The views were stunning & exactly as pictured. Walking distance to many stores, restaurants, and 7-11 next door for convenience. I would recommend staying here!

Stayed for the weekend after Thanksgiving and it was a great experience. The house was cozy, the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom shower was awesome. The best part of the house is the view out over the bay. It’s really peaceful and a great spot to have coffee and watch the sunrise. We will definitely stay here again!

This was our second stay at Tortuga Cottage. As spacious and clean for my husband, me, and our two young boys plus our Labrador retriever as we remembered it from 2 years ago. It is nestled in a friendly, shaded neighborhood that felt safe and welcoming to walk our dog around and explore the local restaurants, trails, and stores. Only 15 minutes from the beach with accessible parking and locker rooms. Kristy was great at communicating before, during, and leading up to departing from our stay. If you’re on the fence about booking this place, just do it! You’ll be overjoyed that you did.

Peaceful setting to get away for the week. We had a small issue occur while staying at the house and Laura took care of it that day. She was timely with responding and communicating with us. The kids had a great time at the dock catching crabs and minnows. The pool was nice to have access to as well. We would stay here again.

Thank you for hosting us! We had a blast. The house was perfect to host a bachelorette weekend with friends! There was enough space for everyone to sleep comfortably. We appreciated all of the additions in the kitchen and the grill. Made it easy to cook. Would recommend!

Shiri's place was perfect. My wife and I have both frequented OC since we were kids, and we both agreed that this was the nicest place we have ever stayed. Far enough from the boardwalk to be peaceful, close enough to travel to the boardwalk if we wanted. The condo was clean, there is a washer and dryer in the unit which is a plus, and a tv in both the living room and bedroom, which is something we always look for. There is plenty to do in the area! Unfortunately, it rained during our whole stay, but you have beach access just outside of the building! We are excited to stay at Shiri's place again (hopefully when it's not raining 😂) and spend some time on the beach! We sat on the balcony every morning and night and it was so peaceful. Shiri was always very helpful and kind - she is such a wonderful host!

Great place to stay in Ocean City! clean and wonderful place situated right off the beach secluded and quiet. had lots of beach materials for use. would stay again.

Listing is better than you think it is! Great location (I was nervous about it because we usually stay closer to 120th St) it was very private and peaceful. Big bonus that it is right over the bridge (no extra traffic lights!) The kitchen is fully stocked - we wound up bringing a lot that we didn’t need. The pullout couch is also one of the most comfortable I’ve ever been on. Beautifully decorated and updated. Might book again this season!

Our stay was very peaceful and relaxing all thanks to Clint’s place! We were able to walk to the boardwalk and restaurants. The place itself was clean and has everything you would need on vacation. Thank you Clint!

We had a wonderful time! Waking up both mornings to dolphins right outside your sliding glass door was the highlight! We can’t wait to get back!

Effortless beach week. So grateful NOT to have to deal with toxic air-fresheners, dirty dishes, light pollution, poorly chosen furniture, buying supplies, funny smells, crappy blinds, clutter... This condo is superior to many other AirBNB we have rented. Absolutely NOTHING was worrisome. Plumbing in tip-top shape, gorgeous bedding. Kitchen very well stocked (we actually cook most of our meals.) Detergent provided and plentiful. Not a speck of dirt or grime anywhere. This level of excellence is rare. The view is tremendous, and beach access is easy. Parking, elevator, luggage carts - all easy. The price is quite high, but we decided it's worth the attention to detail that is given to this property. We already booked for next year, and hopefully by then the building renovations will be complete. Highly recommend this quiet, spacious, extremely private unit at Marigot. Thanks Elysian.

Selena was a wonderful host. She had everything that one can think of when staying at a 5 star hotel! Coffee, sugar and creamer, soaps and creams, extra blankets, cookware and crockpots and big beautiful towels. Her place was so comfortable and clean and neat. I will absolutely recommend this place to my friends and family back home. The beach passes are really also so great because one doesn’t have to search the streets to find parking. The Yacht Club has nice live music and it was a great stay!!! Thank you Selena.

My husband and I decided to go on a getaway last minute. We found Seth’s place and were able to book the unit for the days we had available. It was great and met all of our expectations. We have been to OC and Fenwick many times and knew this is where we wanted to stay. It did not disappoint and we hope to rent again in the near future.
