Waterfront vacation rentals in Chincoteague

We had an excellent stay at the Fish House- right on the water with beautiful views and peaceful morning cups of coffee on the deck. Michelle was very responsive and provided great recommendations on everything from restaurants to kayaking spots. While the marina is a working business we did not find that it negatively impacted our stay and in fact it enhanced it since the employees there were very kind and courteous. We can't say enough about Michelle's hospitality- she has a true gift! We wanted to have direct access to abundant kayaking and this was for sure the spot to be. While we paddled the creek/inlet area we also found the Oyster Point paddling trail (just a few minutes down the road) to be a great excursion. We will be planning to return!

Mike’s place was perfect for our stay. Close to the bus stop and within walking distance to everything we needed. It was perfect for our weekend away!

Hand down what an AIRBNB is supposed to be. The place is just like the pictures and smells crystal clean upon arrival. The mattress and linens were so comfortable it had me wanting to replace my mattress! This was the perfect place for annual girls weekend. Let me explain how gracious they were. We had previously picked a different Airbnb and the moment we walked into the place realized we had been PUNKED. I wont get into that whole story but needless to say it was nothing like what was advertised and we actually felt unsafe. I reach out to Steven immediately and he responded right away. Although the reservation would mean us checking in within hours of the booking he was willing to accommodate us with very short notice. The communication was flawless and Steven was truly our saving grace for the trip. What turned into a rough start ended on a very high note. Thank you, again Steven!

Condo was exactly as described! Amazing oceanfront view! I was also impressed with how much room there was. It was cruiser week so it was a tad bit noisy at night, but other than that and the fact we couldn’t stay longer, we had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay!

Laura was a very responsive and wonderful host! She went above and beyond with providing a variety of things to do and see during our stay. She also made sure the check in and check out process went smoothly. The home was well kept, clean and had a great view! Being able to relax on the back porch with the sound of the waves was so peaceful. Our family had a great stay and will definitely be back! Thank you Laura!

The condo was perfect for our family of 8. It is much larger than the pictures let on. The deck was big enough for all of us to comfortably sit and chat - and Julie has plenty of patio chairs and two tables! Everything was super clean, no clutter, lots of space to spread out and not be on top of each other. The location is perfect too! Quick walk to the beach and some shops. Bus ride can easily take you down to the boardwalk or restaurants you can’t walk to. No need to move your car once you are here. We enjoyed this stay so much we are planning on returning next year. I was so impressed with Kara’s condo. It was everything I hoped it would be. The decor is very nice and the kitchen is wonderful— modern, spacious, and containing anything you need for cooking or entertaining. The view of the ocean from the 19th floor is both spectacular and calming, whether on the spacious balcony or looking down through the bedroom’s floor to ceiling windows. The building is great. Everyone was friendly and this is a very nice part of Ocean City. Lastly, Kara was terrific. Kind and a great communicator. Plus check in was smooth. If you’re considering a two bedroom, two bathroom condo in this area, I highly recommend this listing!

We arrived the Saturday of Memorial Day Weekend 2025. The directions were specific and spot on. Great parking and easy access. This host went above and beyond to accommodate their guests. Fabulous location! Clean, immaculate and extremely inviting. Balcony was large and truly made you feel like you were on vacation with all the beachy whimsical decor, not too much, just enough! Everything very tastefully equipped. We will be back! Easy access to the beach and the pool, yet private. Thank you. (Crab Stop is the ONLY spot to get your crabs etc, absolutely amazing people!)

Jennifer's home was perfect for an Ocean City getaway. We used it as a home base for a golf trip and it was great. Peaceful spot on the marsh with a fire pit and dock was perfect for coffee in the morning and beers in the evening. Big windows looked out at the water for lots of natural light. Centrally located to golf courses, the casino, and beach with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. No linens or towels are provided, but she is up front about that, so you just need to plan accordingly. Jennifer was always responsive and helpful. Definitely worth it for an Ocean City trip!

We visited Southern Maryland for a family wedding. The property is beautiful and peaceful. Beds are comfy, house comfy, and they thought of the little things like : a full sized ironing board & Iron, beach towels, good soaps, and all you need for s’mores!Their welcome handbook was very detailed. Our only regret was that we could not spend more time on the property itself (because of family events). Would have loved to use the kayaks and the fire pit. My brother did use hot tub. Great stay! Highly recommend

First of all, this house and the views are STUNNING. This was the first vacation that I have taken with my fiancé and our 2 pups, and we had the best time--it was such a sad day when we had to leave lol. We basically ordered Doordash and Walmart Pickups the entire time we were there and never left the property during our stay. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the cookware you could need, there are kayaks and paddle boards for entertainment, and plenty of floats for relaxing in the bay. There is a little private beach within 1 min walking distance from the house and there is access to the water from the backyard. It had everything we wanted for a relaxing vacation with our pups. I am already working on convincing my fiancé that we need to go back in the near future. 10/10 would recommend.

Scott and Melinda's place was perfect for a peaceful getaway for our family of 5. The water was so nice to wake up to and fall asleep hearing the water move by! The thought of all the basic needs and had everything easily accessible from fresh eggs from their chickens, a great variety of coffee pods and creamer, and all the other small needs that come up while staying in an airbnb. This was great since it is off the beaten path. If you are looking for some peaceful family time or a secluded retreat with friends, this is a perfect place!

Cottage is pleasantly decorated to feel homey and still have a water escape feeling. The fire pit located at the house and by the water are very enjoyable. Having a fully stocked kitchen with everything we needed to prepare dinner made our getaway so much more relaxing. Town stores and local food wasn’t too far away and the drive was scenically calm. We look forward to our next booking at this destination

We loved staying at Heathers place. Very comfortable and felt like home. We really appreciated the Welcome book she provided which gave us all kinds of recommendations for food, drink and activity. We will be coming back!

Selena was a wonderful host. She had everything that one can think of when staying at a 5 star hotel! Coffee, sugar and creamer, soaps and creams, extra blankets, cookware and crockpots and big beautiful towels. Her place was so comfortable and clean and neat. I will absolutely recommend this place to my friends and family back home. The beach passes are really also so great because one doesn’t have to search the streets to find parking. The Yacht Club has nice live music and it was a great stay!!! Thank you Selena.

We had a great time at Seth’s place. The location was perfect, quiet but still plenty to do. Easy beach access and clear directions for everything. Watched dolphins from the balcony and loved hearing the waves.

Really enjoyed our stay at Stephanie's. Awesome condo that was clean, comfortable and roomy. Wonderful views from Living Room, Balcony and Master Bedroom. Close enough to the water to hear the waves breaking. Plenty of restaurants and shops close by. Definitely hope to be back!

This is my second time staying at this AirbnB and it did not disappoint. The place is super clean, and has an incredible view and location. Key is that if you love the Boardwalk, love the sunrises (5:30 am in the summer), this is the place to be. Perfect for two people who want to cook some meals and be on the balcony facing the ocean, all the time. The hosts are great. Five stars, no equivocation.

Bryan is super responsive and easy to communicate with. He notified us of detailed check in and check out instructions. He then checked in on us towards the end of the trip to make sure all of our expectations were met; to which they were. This condo is exactly as described in the listing and pictures. It’s clean and cozy. The view from the bedroom is unmatched. The location is perfect in a sense that it’s not too close to the boardwalk, making the area a little more quiet, but also within 10 mins to the best restaurants and bars. The staff at the condo and even other guests were friendly and courteous. If you’re afraid of heights, this might not be the best place to stay for you, but as I previously mentioned, the view from the master bedroom can’t be beat. That view alone, would have us stay again. I would definitely recommend this stay to others.

There aren't enough words proper enough to describe how spot on this amazing place is. It looks EXACTLY as the photos show. As soon as I walked in the door, I was met with a beautiful & relaxing relief. I literally let out an "Oh my gosh". I just knew, it was going to be enjoyable. It was quiet & so serene. The bed truly is so comfortable. I was also so impressed with the amount of kitchen supplies as well as the products that were offered in the bathroom & kitchen. They were not your typical "hotel brand" products. Plenty of nearby places within walking distance from food to shopping. I hope I was a good a guest for them because I want to return again. I am in love with it. Such an amazing getaway. Thank you ×100!
