Kitchen seats 12 at the table & bar. Screened porch seats 6. Family room has a gas fireplace and a 50'' Flat Screen TV. Deck, screened porch, gas grill, large backyard, & outdoor shower. Garage has extra fridge and 6+ beach chairs. Only 7 day Sat to Sat rentals in summer. Families only. NO student groups.

Nestled in the back of the property, it offers a comfy queen bed, AC, small heater, a mini fridge, Keureg style coffee maker, in room toilet, outside shower and sink with hot water, private patio, clean linens and towels. Backyard has sitting areas and chimnea with firewood provided. Quiet neighborhood. Bethany Beach -10 min drive, Rehoboth-25 min. Beach gear available. TY.
