Beautiful historic home ! Loved the wrap around porch and the hot tub. Great shower ! Loved the coffee and wine and cozy blankets on the couch . Wish we could have stayed longer . Lots of space ! Close to downtown fort Myers

A perfect retreat located in the Burnt Store Marina development. We enjoyed a week at this condo which was centrally located between Cape Coral and Punta Gorda. The condo was extremely clean and very well organized. Beds were very comfortable and we loved the little extras, such as an insulated beach bag, and beach towels. Kitchen was well supplied with pots, pans, dishes, wine glasses, and even a small supply of spices as we often eat in while on vacation and it was very nice not to have to buy. As boating people, this is a great neighborhood. Definitely research boat rentals, tours, fishing charters if you’re thinking of fun things to do. The highlight was traveling to Boca Grande beaches (3 times!) which was just stunning. We really enjoyed the pool in the afternoons and going over to the Cass Cay restaurant in the evenings. Bill was very responsive with any questions we had!

Stayed 4 nights at Lisa and Roberts place. Home was clean and had all necessary amenities plus bonus things like spices, cooking oils/sprays and coffee. Not to mention the beach items like ice chest, chairs and umbrellas. We did not utilize, but there were also kayaks and bikes in the garage. Hosts were quick to respond and were always friendly. For example, when we arrived the lockbox was missing and there was no key, but we were still able to enter using the provided garage door code. Within about 20 minutes after notifying them about the lockbox, Robert arrived to replace it. By then we had found the key sitting in a bowl at the kitchen desk, so we were able to place the key in the lockbox upon check out. A/C was nice and cool, hot tub and showers were nice and warm, pool was refreshing. So happy for the screened in Lanai to keep the bugs out of the pool area. The neighborhood and very quiet. This house was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless—even the baseboards and ceiling fans were immaculate. The home is super spacious, with room to spread out comfortably (even the garage was huge!). The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need to cook indoors or grill outside, and there were multiple dining areas both inside and out. The pool and spa were beyond refreshing—clean, well-maintained, and surrounded by plenty of lounge chairs for everyone. We loved the outdoor eating area and the thoughtful extras like pool toys and bikes, which added a fun touch. My boys especially enjoyed exploring near the canal, which made for some great memories. The beds were super comfy, with plenty of extra linens and cozy throw blankets. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, and the house is in a perfect, central location. The hosts were amazing: extremely responsive and helpful.

This is the second time my family has stayed at Connie & Dale’s. We absolutely love it. The home is gorgeous and well equipped with everything you need. The outdoor patio area and pool/ jacuzzi is amazing. So beautiful and relaxing. Will definitely be back !

What a beautiful place to stay! It was so comfortable and quiet. The pool and Jacuzzi were awesome! We were 10 minutes from anything we needed. Great location and pleasant owners. They quickly responded to any of our questions. Would definitely reserve again.

The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The check-in process was smooth. The location was peaceful, perfect for relaxing. We especially enjoyed being right on the water for the beautiful sunsets.

This was our second time at Alex's house. Gets better every year. Alex is very accommodating.

My family met at FMB for Christmas and stayed at Andy’s house and it was just what we needed! The location is great, quick walk to the beach and restaurants and shops. The area is definitely still a mess from hurricane Ian, but places are starting to reopen and the beach is still lovely and clean. The house had everything we needed to cook meals and lots of stuff to take to the beach!

We had a wonderful week at Nancy’s place! It was just right for my husband, me, and our small dog. Location is great and it’s an easy walk to the beach! While small, the apartment has all the necessities. We particularly liked that there is a bike rack and the house is beside a bike path.

This is an incredible house. The location is perfect and private. We had our little pug with us and it was exactly what we needed. The pool is warm and clean and very enjoyable as the sun goes down. The bed was super comfy and the kitchen well appointed. I’ve stayed at a lot of rentals and this is one of the best. If you’re looking for a rental just book this one. You won’t be disappointed.

We spent the month of March at this home and enjoyed the experience. With only solar heat we were afraid we wouldn’t use the pool but it was great and enjoyed lots of floats. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor area and beautiful canal views. Everything looked like the pictures. We loved the quiet neighborhood too

The Duplex was very, very clean. The Charging Station located on the leather sofa was a wonderful extra benefit! Doris was quick to respond to the beeping smoke alarm at the time we checked into the Duplex. Another unexpected plus included the LED lighting on the King Bed headboard! The duplex is on a quiet street but also quick & easy access to a main highway. We were very pleased with our stay and will consider staying here next time.

We spend two happy and relaxed weeks in Angelika‘s house. The location is perfectly located among nature, parks, beaches and great shopping opportunities though a own car is highly recommended. Thank you Angelika! Dita & Franz, Switzerland

Had a great time at Michael’s little bungalow… Small, but definitely enough for my wife and I. Beach is a 2 minute walk down a tiny road directly across the street, perfect! I met Mike just after checking in because we had a little snag with the room… He came right by and remedied the issue. Great guy, great area, and nice quiet place to stay… Do not hesitate, a great Airbnb’r!

We had a fantastic stay! The house was incredibly well-equipped—there were plenty of essentials like paper towels, toilet paper, and all the little extras that make a stay comfortable and convenient. The pool and hot tub were both in perfect working order and made for a relaxing time day or night. The canal out back was a real highlight—great fishing with a wide variety of fish, including catfish, gar, and more. The house also came with five bicycles available for tenant use, which was a nice bonus, and there were TVs in every room—perfect for unwinding after a long day. The home felt truly luxurious, especially for the price. Jeff was a great host, and everything went smoothly. Highly recommend!

A beautiful location, very quiet neighborhood, yet within 1.5 miles of a large supermarket and drugstores. Pictures are very accurate of the home. We loved the outdoor pool area/lanai. There was an issue with the pool filter causing the pool to become too cold for swimming during the last few days, which was unfortunate for us, but that was not the hosts' fault, and they were very responsive, within minutes. The home as a very comfortable layout with several large sitting areas inside, as well as a very large lanai area. Kitchen is well equipped with everything we could need. We did not use the grill, but there was one available. We had an issue with the smoke detectors and, again, a simple text to our hosts brought immediate response and remedy. Alexina and her husband are lovely and very responsive. I would recommend this beautiful spot and we would return on our next trip to Cape Coral.

The stay was amazing. The house is amazing, as shown in the pictures. The hosts are very reactive and helpfull. The pool is huge with a breath taking lake view. We enjoyed our stay and it was the best Abnb we stayed at in the area in the last 3 years. Absolutely recommended.

Lisa and Chris's place was wonderful. Their place was clean and beautiful. They had a little welcome bowl of snacks, a couple drinks and even extra sunblock if needed. They also responded very quickly whenever we had any questions and offered a late checkout if needed. Would definitely recommended.

Cute little place. Very quiet neighborhood but only a 5 minute drive to grocery stores and other amenities. My girls enjoyed the pool and the dock for fishing although they didn't get any bites. It was perfect for our small party of 3 for a quick trip to SW FL. Would definitely consider John's place again.

Tom's place is beautifully furnished, comfortable, and spacious. It has everything you need to prepare meals. We used the pool everyday. Living on the canal was peaceful and relaxing. Tom is a great host and very responsive. We had a wonderful vacation and look forward to returning next year.

Can't wait to stay again in the future.. added to must stays in Florida.. pool was great not many people and same with beach!! Amazing views in the morning of the Sunrise and great fishing right off the back deck Especially liked the cleaning station for your fish you catch!!!

Stayed for 8 nights in July 2024. Just my wife and I. The whole area was very quiet. Almost no neighborly activity while we were there. The pictures do it justice. The pool fountain was on a weird timer, but otherwise it was great. Loved sitting in the lanai at the end of a day and watching TV, swimming, snacking, talking or whatever. Beautiful. Wish we had a boat to travel the canals, but we didn't rent one this time. Used the property's cooler, chairs and beach umbrella to visit several beaches in the area. As always, I bought way too many groceries and had to leave them behind. If we find ourselves in Cape Coral again in the future, we will definitely come back. Thanks to Neil and his crew. Had a great time and I highly recommend.
