Helena and Petr have lovingly renovated and developed a wonderful house. You immediately feel at home, everything is thought out in detail. Each room with its own bathroom! In addition, a cozy common room with a fireplace, next door is the kitchen with full and clean equipment. We stayed as a large family with 5 adults, 3 children and a dog: everyone felt very comfortable! The house has a large property: with meadow, barbecue area, campfire, playground, bath tub, hammock, a pond, several parking spaces, .... Behind the property, the forest immediately begins, so you can start extended hikes directly from the property, for example, to Hutberg. In the neighboring village there are shopping and refreshments, Decin is 15 minutes away, at the latest here you get everything you need. Helena and Petr are wonderful hosts: friendly, honest, interested and always available! We will be back, no question! Thanks

The accommodation is located away in a small place, there is only a small supermarket that has everything so far. On foot you can walk, etc., you can reach the nearest city in 15 minutes by car. The place was very nice with the fireplace in the snow just perfect. Outside there is a fire pit that we used was very good. Those who need peace and quiet are in good hands here

Exceptional accommodation in a beautiful environment. The welcome from Ivana and Anton was very warm. The cottage is extremely pleasant and super comfortable, all with impeccable cleanliness. Very complete equipment except for a laundry area that would benefit from being reserved for tenants. But there is the option to do laundry at Ivana's. We were here for a work trip. The cabin was great, enough space for everything. Above all, I would highlight a local restaurant under Chestany, be sure to visit it🙂

Not easy to find but then everything was fine. We were very satisfied and enjoyed the stay. We'd be happy to come back

Great place located just by the singletracks (Singltrek pod Smrkem). Best location for mountain biking. Spacious house with private lake and sauna located on the property. Ideal place for families and MTB enthusiasts.

We had an amazing stay, the house is spacious and at a perfect place. The surroundings are beautiful and with a short drive you can visit great hikes through nature. At arrival we were positively surprised by a free car charger at the private double parking space right in front of the house. This was perfect as we arrived by electric car. The house was clean, spacious and had everything you could need. A nice outside seating area with a garden that was well maintained and within nice scenery finished the perfect few days. Absolutely would recommend!

By the way, there is warm water and an oven. Floors a bit greasy, otherwise everything is great. Really nice area.

I highly recommend this charming house! Super nice location with private access to the lake- very generous provision of kayaks and bikes- very uncomplicated and accommodating communication. We were a larger group and were all very comfortable - everyone came to their cost- kids, adults, dog... the area is also beautiful and you can both spend a quiet and active vacation. Great compliment !

There were three of us. My dad, my daughter (3.5 years old) and I. We liked it super well! The house is as described. If you're looking for something super modern and chic, this is the wrong place, but that should be clear. The house was clean and you felt right at home. The beds were also good (that means something, I'm very sensitive about that) for my daughter it was great! A trampoline, slide, swing, sandbox and above all a huge lawn to play on. And watching the neighbor's chickens directly at the fence is a highlight. Grill and fireplace are great. We enjoyed the surroundings very much, beautiful scenery and lots to explore. For me, probably still a little insider tip. We'll be happy to come back.

Cosy yet spacious cottage, wonderful nature, peaceful and quiet location, and the starry sky at night…priceless. We stayed there with our kids and had everything we needed, including lots of space both indoors and outdoors for playing and a fully equipped kitchen to cook our meals. We plan to return for a longer stay. Mirek is a great host and will help you with everything. I recommend this place, especially for families with kids.

Jana is an excellent host. She responds quickly, very kindly and bindingly to all inquiries. The place is exactly as described: well-maintained, very quiet, spacious and equipped with everything. We felt very comfortable. It is particularly worth mentioning that we had to stay several hours longer in the accommodation due to a car breakdown on the day of departure and Jana made this possible for us immediately and without hesitation. Thank you very much for the quick help!

Lucie is available, pleasant, attentive. The house is nice, lost in the middle of nature. Ideal for changing your mind fora weekend. There is space to park, there is cooking equipment ( except an oven) . The water heater works very well. Lucie was very accommodating about our check-in and checkout time. Recommended

It was a wonderful holiday in a beautiful area in a lovely cottage with great views, with deer on the doorstep. And a lovely heater and great amenities. Hiking map necessary, get to the local tourist office. Plenty of points of interest in the neighborhood.

The cabin is very cozy and everything matches the description, we had a great time there with friends. During the day, you can go for a walk in the woods or take a bath and grill in the evening. Just a great place for little money. :)

Absolutely unique place in Czechia, mesmirizing views to the country from the windows and of the castle from the garden. Lots of walking destinations around. Gorgeous restaurant S Laskou Karel close by. If you're looking for a vintage getaway place with absolute solitude in the evenings - you're in the right place.

When you're looking for an old cottage that doesn't smell, you don't feel old everywhere, there's a radio instead of a TV, and the garden is like at your grandmother's in the countryside, you're good. Thank you for your kindness.

We spent a wonderful time at this house with five families, and everything exceeded our expectations. The house was spacious, beautifully maintained, and perfectly suited for a group our size. We especially loved the excellent amenities, the large terrace where we could all gather and relax, and the cozy fireplace that made our evenings extra special. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, always available to support us with any questions or needs. We truly felt welcome and well taken care of. Highly recommended – we’d love to come back!

We spent less than a week in Všemily with friends (4 adults + 4 children). The house had everything we needed. We had a barbecue at night or visited a restaurant in the surrounding places. The kids spent a lot of time on the trampoline. The property is located directly on the Bohemian Switzerland National Park and from here we have made several excursions with the children without going far.
