We stayed with 4 adults and 6 children (4-13 years) at Zofie's place. We had a very nice time, the house offers a lot of space (also 2 separate toilets and bathrooms) and is very comprehensive and lovingly equipped. Unfortunately, it is very audible. The kitchen really offers everything your heart desires and there are also many board games, dolls, painting stuff... The garden is really fantastic. High trees with swing, cable car, plenty of space, fire pit, outdoor kitchen, BBQ, sun seating and shade. Our electricity bill was low but we also stoked the wood stove constantly and turned off all radiators. The surroundings offer pure nature. We hiked, there are also worthwhile small hikes that were easy to do with our children, and have unwinded in the house and garden. You have to drive a little to shop. It was all very clean and communication smooth. Thanks u so much! Hannah

We had a very nice stay with 8 adults and 5 children over an extended weekend. The beds were very comfortable, the area very quiet and there was plenty for the kids to discover.

Natural sandstone formations rise among tall trees in a lush environment. The rugged, uneven surfaces of the rocks are surrounded by greenery, with a clear path visible leading between the formations. Sunlight filters through the branches, casting soft shadows on the ground.

There are no words to describe how great our experience was in this accommodation. The surrounding is peaceful with beautiful nature and friendly neighbours. The interior is clean and well designed with more than enough place for two people. We grilled in the morning and started fire at night. All the required equipments are available for free at the property 😍😍 except for coal, bring your own. Free comfortable parking at the property. By car, It is only 1:30 h to Prague and 30 min to National park Czech side. We kept the property clean and stayed quiet in the evening so we were offered a flexible check out 😍 We will definitely be back to this place.

Accommodation with absolutely superior kitchen equipment, facilities for children and a large garden that hides a lot of beautiful places to play and relax. The local cat was a nice addition, especially for the kids :). We enjoyed the stay very much, the location for walks and trips around the area was great and the communication with the hosts was absolutely smooth. We can highly recommend and will be happy to come back in the future!

It’s been a pleasure for us to spend a weekend at this place. It is exactly as on the photos, there’s wifi, hot water, kitchen, barbecue zone, everything for a great weekend with friends. The neighbours are not too close, so no one was complaining about loud music or laugh :) pets are allowed, the public pool is right across the road, there’s also a decent shop nearby, and they accept cards. We really enjoyed this place.

We felt very comfortable. The place was very cozy and clean and is located in a quiet location. You can get along well and we really enjoyed staying at the place. We could use the large garden and also barbecue there. In about 30 minutes you can reach the Saxon Switzerland National Park and have numerous hiking opportunities there. Overall it was a very nice time in the apartment Lenka and we will be happy to come back.

I have nothing to complain about, a bathing barrel, a sauna, the possibility of grilling - great! Projector for pleasantly spent evenings, perfect for a romantic and indulgent stay. We really enjoyed staying at Martin's house. The location in the middle of the quiet nature is beautiful and offers many opportunities for hiking in the area. The house is very cozy, clean and equipped with everything you need. Our host Martin was always available and also provided us with lots of tips and information for excursions and restaurants. We felt very comfortable and would come back anytime.
