House vacation rentals in Česká Lípa District

We were 22 people and we had a blast at Stepan’s place. Would totally recommend! Hopefully again someday.

We were in Stara Knoflikarna for a family reunion: ten adults and four children plus two small dogs. We really enjoyed the house. The furnishings with the many rooms and bathrooms are simply great - there was still enough space. Outside large garden, jogging track through the forest, pool, table tennis table and playground/swing. Inside, a large dining room in the "conservatory," a huge kitchen with all the utensils, a bar, ... and above all the possibility of tapping beer yourself! The super nice housekeeper Jan welcomed us, handed over the house and explained, and was always available for further questions. Everything was a wonderful fit. In addition, the beautiful surroundings with the Tissaer walls. Simply wonderful! I'm sure we'll be back.

The twelve of us had a great time at Pavol's. He greeted us in a friendly way and was actually always available. The property is just perfect, especially suitable for large groups. We went hiking, could shop nearby and otherwise there was enough activity in the house for at least five nights. We look forward to coming back next year, Pavol and the house have given us all an unforgettable vacation!

We were 15 people (8 adults and 7 children) for a weekend in the accommodation. It was beautiful. There was enough space for everyone and enough bathrooms, toilets and showers. Everything was clean, very tidy, very cozy and well equipped (coffee, wood for the fireplace or a campfire in the garden, enough dishes and large pots :-) ) The garden is great, the children had enough space to play and the adults had many opportunities to sit together comfortably. We felt super comfortable and will definitely come back :-)

Definitely dream home! We were 9 people for an extended weekend in this accommodation and are completely thrilled! The furnishings are first-class, stylish and of high quality. The view is breathtaking and invites you to relax on the terrace. The wellness offers are particularly noteworthy: the sauna is modern and spacious, the hot tub an absolute highlight – especially in the evening under the starry sky. The bathing pond was also a real experience and provided a lot of relaxation. The accommodation offers plenty of space for everyone without feeling cramped. We felt completely comfortable right from the start and will definitely be back! A big thank you to the hosts – it couldn't be better!

We were a motorcycle group of 4 people. Jiri's house was super clean, the check-in is via a key box, so you are super flexible with the check-in. Juri lives directly opposite and is always available and super accommodating. The beds were super comfortable, the location super quiet. And you can end the evenings on the covered terrace. We were super satisfied and would be happy to come back if we do a tour again. Thanks Jiri.

Thank you for a wonderful and relaxing time at your place. The house was spacious and clean. The property managers were super friendly and responded very quickly when we needed help. It was especially pleasant that attention was even paid to such small things as children's cutlery, children's dishes, tissues, baking paper, freezer bags, dishwasher tabs, etc. This place is just perfect for a holiday with toddlers: great playroom, fireplace and strawberries in the garden were the highlights for my son. However, it was unexpectedly quite warm in the house, although outside it was around +20 C. So a few fans for bedrooms would be an advantage ;)

I highly recommend staying in Kamenický Šenov! The rooms are newly renovated and the entire place – both common and private spaces – kept clean. It has an exceptionally cozy atmosphere that makes you feel at home while maintaining complete privacy. Hosts take great care of every detail. Although we only spent one night there, we'd love to come back for a longer stay 😊

Beautiful caravan with a beautiful view. As for the facilities and appliances, absolutely sufficient. The owner will immediately advise and explain any problem. The price is a little higher but otherwise absolutely no problems, I definitely recommend visiting.

The place is newly renovated, nicely and functionally equipped, and everything is clean. The kitchen in the apartment has all the possible amenities and what is not, you can find it in the lower kitchen, which is bigger. There was no table in our room, so we went to eat in the common room, but it wasn't a problem. The apartment has a TV and a play station downstairs in the common room, which the kids appreciated. Overall, the place is very well equipped for children, so they have a good time. We appreciated the opportunity to use the sauna. The facade and the surroundings of the house are still being fine-tuned, but we certainly didn't see it as a problem, there was no noisy work, and the neighborhood is modified to be fully used. The apartment looks exactly like in the pictures and is super cozy. Everything was clean and we could also enjoy a pool in the garden. Petr was very helpful and hospitable. We wish we could have stayed longer. We were pleased with the stay and highly recommend the place to everybody!

It is a wonderful place, the garden is so big and beautiful. You can have breakfast outside and enjoy the nature around. The forest is nearby and you can hear the birds. The room with the kitchen and the bathroom is also really lovely, everything is made with love and we felt so comfortable and welcome, we enjoyed it very much! The cats are adorable and Zuzana is so friendly. Thanks a lot for this wonderful expirience!

The stay was great. Although the house facade has just been renewed, we didn't mind. It was quiet. The sauna was great. Surroundings were nice and we got recommendations for good spots. The amenities of the room were perfect. I will definitely be back! Just because of the beautiful surroundings. Perfect for hiking trips.

The host was really amazing in the room, we had clear instructions, and we also got very great recommendations for restaurants nearby where they cook really great. Amazing tips for walking around the neighborhood and where to go in the area. You can really see that your host is enjoying it.
