A stream flows in the village square and there is a children's playground. Janovice is a historic village that is still on an oval medieval floor plan today, and the entire village is a village conservation area.

Attic Apartment

The apartment on the top floor is truly unique. It is located on the second floor and and the entire place has been restored to original building. The original roof wooden frame, exposed brickwork, original flooring, fully functional wooden stove helps you to imagine what people lived like at the beginning of last century. The main living area is facing the front of the house and therefor you will find a view on the town square, town house and the famous basalt rock “Jehla”.

Our apartment is located in the Liberec Region, 5 km from Jablonné v Podještědí and 2 km from the border with Germany in Petrovice in the Lusatian Mountains. The apartment is in the house where we live. That's important to know to start with. We are not an anonymous landlord, we are a nice family with small children and you will surely meet us here. :) We live here beautifully, it's quiet, fresh air, diverse nature, and lots of tourist destinations around.

The apartment is on the loft floor of a family house. The entire loft is accessible through a separate entrance. This is a complete apartment that can be used year-round. The kitchen is furnished with new furniture, the other appliances are partially preserved, in part it is restored. Beds have new mattresses. The accommodation is complemented by a lockable space for bike storage and a sauna, which is available for a fee in the basement of the house.

Chata in Jezera

The cottage is located on the banks of the Milčany Pond, about 13 minutes by car from Ceske Lipa in a wonderful pine and March forest. We discovered it by accident, and it was love at first sight. It has undergone a major renovation to be exactly as expected, and now that everything is done, we are happy to share it, because we want everyone to have the opportunity to draw energy from this beautiful corner of Bohemia.
