Stunning home in a quiet location. The house has all the amenities and is very clean. Fine beds, spacious bath, kitchen with everything you desire. It has a very big garden with bbq, playground and fire pit. Communication was fast and pleasant. I would definitely recommend this location!

We had a very nice stay with 8 adults and 5 children over an extended weekend. The beds were very comfortable, the area very quiet and there was plenty for the kids to discover.

We had a pleasant stay at Jakub's. The house was very nice and large even for 5 people. Perfect location for visiting the area. Thank you for the small touches and the many documents to prepare for our visits. The key box is very convenient.

There are no words to describe how great our experience was in this accommodation. The surrounding is peaceful with beautiful nature and friendly neighbours. The interior is clean and well designed with more than enough place for two people. We grilled in the morning and started fire at night. All the required equipments are available for free at the property 😍😍 except for coal, bring your own. Free comfortable parking at the property. By car, It is only 1:30 h to Prague and 30 min to National park Czech side. We kept the property clean and stayed quiet in the evening so we were offered a flexible check out 😍 We will definitely be back to this place.

Accommodation with absolutely superior kitchen equipment, facilities for children and a large garden that hides a lot of beautiful places to play and relax. The local cat was a nice addition, especially for the kids :). We enjoyed the stay very much, the location for walks and trips around the area was great and the communication with the hosts was absolutely smooth. We can highly recommend and will be happy to come back in the future!

Great place! Loved the sauna and the fireplace, the bed was really comfortable and it was so relaxing to be in nature. Only recommendation, It has a Nespresso machine but no stores nearby sold pods so if you're a coffee fan I'd suggest bringing your own pods! We had a brilliant trip

We used this place for the third time. The location is excellent, the balcony and pool overlook the castle. A few meters up the stairs from the historic center. The place is clean, the pool in the heat is unbeatable, spacious. Seamless communication with Junko, friendly. The lady is on the muff and if necessary, she will arrive. 800m from the house a beautiful view of the whole Úštěk from the lookout point. It's very nice that there is a lot of fruit in the garden that is available to guests in the summer. It is also possible to sit in the garden and in a covered gazebo with chairs.. We were with a group of 12 people in Jakub's accommodation from April 10 to 13 and were completely satisfied! The house is situated in a peaceful location with beautiful views – perfect for relaxing. The place was clean, tidy, and well appointed. We particularly liked the spacious outdoor area, the barn with play facilities (table tennis, table soccer, badminton, etc.), the pool and the sauna – ideal for a short break. The surroundings also invite you to hike and the campfire was a great extra for cozy evenings. All in all a wonderful stay – we will be happy to come back!

A beautiful place to stay in the middle of nature, forests, and hills. In the evening, we watched the stars, amazing silence and peace - total romance. We made the most of the crystal clear pool. The house is spacious, we didn't miss anything. It was very nice inside on hot summer days. The owners were happy to provide us with all the information and were very kind. Highly recommend!

It’s been a pleasure for us to spend a weekend at this place. It is exactly as on the photos, there’s wifi, hot water, kitchen, barbecue zone, everything for a great weekend with friends. The neighbours are not too close, so no one was complaining about loud music or laugh :) pets are allowed, the public pool is right across the road, there’s also a decent shop nearby, and they accept cards. We really enjoyed this place.

We spent a weekend with the family at Vaclav's place and felt very well taken care of. Especially the garden and the proximity to nature were worth gold, as there was always work for our children.

We had a great stay, the surroundings are great with the lake at 3 minutes walking away. The apparent was spacious and had everything you could need. The car could be parked on a designated spot in de basement. The bed was super comfortable. The small outside lounge is a nice bonus when the weather is good. We were welcomed by the host, she was friendly and explained everything including things to do. All together, great place to stay, would recommend!

We had a great Pentecost weekend and were very happy with the place. Issues were responded to immediately and very kindly. We ate and drank well at the brewery. For the dogs and us, the surroundings by pedis,but also by car were wonderful for hiking and exploring. We'd love to come back!

We spent a long weekend with our son and family dog in Ceska Lipa. We had a great time and enjoyed all the comfort this nice flat could offer. I would recommend this appartment for a family stay. It’s clean, nicely decorated and equiped.

Very good location in the center of Stary Splavs right next to the park with a playground. The park is lined with beautiful old timbered houses. The apartments are about 100m from the harbor/marina. The lady at the front desk willingly allowed us to store our children's bikes in a lockable bike room. Covered underground garages are a bonus for staying guests. The only thing to improve - buying more dishes so the dishwasher can be used more efficiently.

Helena’s place was wonderful! Cottage was exactly as described. It was well stocked and looked like its pictures. She was also extremely responsive while we were planning. There were great recommendations for restaurants and local attractions. Location was a beautiful village with a lot nearby. Our main destination was Bohemian Switzerland, which wasn’t too far by car. Overall, we highly recommend the cottage and are planning to go back soon.

Very nice large terrace, large garden and quiet location. Very clean, good wifi. Unfortunately no TV, but you can also endure a week without it. Very centrally located to the sights. It was a good vacation.
