Beautiful apartment after total renovation, perfectly clean, equipped. Everything available, superbly equipped. Perfect communication with the owner. Worse environment, but not annoying. Thank you for the surprise upon arrival. We can only recommend.

The host was very kind, a week before the stay sent detailed instructions, arranged parking the day before the stay and also guided us to the place of stay :) she willingly showed us around the place and offered private things to enjoy (coffee, tea ,etc.). We really enjoyed our stay at Franz's flat in Děčín. Before we arrived, he answered our questions quickly and clearly. Check-in was easy and the flat is in a quiet, green area overlooking the city. Everything we needed was provided and the flat matched the pictures and description exactly. We slept very well there. The price was great value for money and I would recommend Franz's flat to anyone looking to stay in Děčín.

Very clean apartment and nice owner. 2.5 months I lived and once a week was cleaning and change of bedding and towels. Very good experience and I would go again.

This was a beautiful and relaxing place to kick back for 4 days. That said, we did drive to cities (eg dresden Germany) but loved being in a quiet country estate. Convenient, all the amenities, coffee pods, etc.

A lovely, roomie place to stay, in a funky building, with a lovely family, and an excellent selection of books to browse :-)

We had a great time! The sauna and whirlpool were amazing! Pavol was really kind and explained everything in detail. Everything was decorated with detail and really clean. The only sad thing was that the pool was not ready yet! Hopefully we will be back :)

Definitely dream home! We were 9 people for an extended weekend in this accommodation and are completely thrilled! The furnishings are first-class, stylish and of high quality. The view is breathtaking and invites you to relax on the terrace. The wellness offers are particularly noteworthy: the sauna is modern and spacious, the hot tub an absolute highlight – especially in the evening under the starry sky. The bathing pond was also a real experience and provided a lot of relaxation. The accommodation offers plenty of space for everyone without feeling cramped. We felt completely comfortable right from the start and will definitely be back! A big thank you to the hosts – it couldn't be better!

Monika and her family were great hosts and very helpful and kind. The house was in great condition and in a very peaceful wooded area. Parking was available on site and the checkin process was very easy as Monika came to open the door for us. Overall we were more than satisfied with the say.

We felt very comfortable and were able to enjoy our vacation with sauna, fireplace and hot tub very much! Everything is perfectly clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. A really nice vacation home where you can relax wonderfully.

Beautiful accommodation in the center of Liberec, which my family and I enjoyed thanks to the children's room with lots of toys and a large bunk bed with comfortable mattresses. Mirka was very responsive, kind, and helpful. We would definitely choose this place again.

We had a wonderful stay at Vlad's and Helena's apartment. The house is absolutely beautiful, our kids loved the garden with the trampoline and we all enjoyed the sauna in the evening. The apartment had every we needed and we loved the light and spacious rooms. There is a nice pub and a restaurant across the road, and a small store. The surroundings are beautiful, we had a daytrip to Dresden, a long hike in de National Park Sächsische Schweiz and visited the Tiske Steny, a climbing paradise for the kids. A beautiful spot for a holiday! Thanks for having us!

You definitely need a car. Bus stops over 1km away. Remote, but very quiet. No restaurants or groceries within walking distance.

The stay was great. Beautiful apartment, well equipped. Great location. You can easily walk to the Babylon center, Billa is around the corner 🙂

The apartment is in a beautiful and quiet location. For a long weekend for two as a made. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and sorry we had to leave. We will definitely consider this place again when choosing the next weekend out. The amenities of the apartment were absolutely sufficient. Everything is clean and tidy. The owner was helpful throughout. We can recommend all ten.

The apartment is huge and clean. Everything for comfort leaving is there. Big thanks to owners, very nice, helpful and proactive. They proposed to park my bike to their garage.
