Pascal and his apartment were absolutely wonderful. Pascal was helpful, always responsive and thoroughly enjoyable to be with. The location was perfect for exploring the city. We settled into the apartment easily and truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you Pascal for making our visit so special. 1000% recommend.

Très bon séjour, instructions très claires et très bon livret d’accueil avec pleins de conseils ! L’appartement est très bien équipé, correspond parfaitement aux photos. Même si l’extérieur paye pas forcément de mine, l’intérieur est nickel ! Merci beaucoup !

Appartement idéalement situé, dans le centre-ville et donc à qqs minutes à pieds du château et des rues dans lesquelles se situent l’essentiel des restaus et bars sympas, et à 15 min à pieds environ de la Gare. Très joliment décoré, et parfaitement équipé (à la fois au niveau de la cuisine - avec tout le nécessaire en termes d’ustensiles et de couverts mais aussi des condiments de base, avec même du bon thé et du café - mais aussi de la salle de bains, avec shampoing, savon, sèche cheveux, mais aussi dentifrice, cotons, boule lies - qui ne sont pas nécessaires car les fenêtres isolent bien et l’appartement est situé au quatrième et dernier étage donc loin du « bruit » de la rue), l’appartement est par ailleurs lumineux, très propre et particulièrement agréable à vivre Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour, et le recommanderons chaudement à des proches souhaitant passer quelques jours à Nantes ! Tiphanie s’est par ailleurs montré réactive, très aimable et arrangeante, c’était parfait

Séjour de deux jours parfait . L’appartement se trouve en bas de la maison avec une entrée complètement indépendante et une place de parking privée. Le logement est neuf ,décoré avec beaucoup de goût et des équipements de qualité . Tout est prévu pour que l’on s’y sente bien . L’hôte est très attentionné et sympathique. Le cadre avec vue sur l’Erdre est magnifique. Je recommande vivement. Merci à tous les deux .

This is a great place to stay. It is walkable but also close to transit to get everywhere. We were there during a brutal heatwave, but the apt stayed comfortable and it cooled off at night. Overall, a wonderful place from which to explore Nantes.

Cet appartement est idéalement situé et facilement accessible autant par voiture, tramway et même à pied. Le stationnement au garage est un gros plus mais sinon il y a un parking en face de l’immeuble qui est pratique. C’est vraiment très propre et rangée. C’est également très bien équipé et confortable! L’accueil de Romain était chaleureux et bienveillant! Merci beaucoup de nous avoir reçu 😊 Je recommande

We really enjoyed our 2-night stay at Lucas' place. The apartment was situated right by the cathedral in the centre of town, walking distance to public transport and attractions, and it has everything you need for a stay there. Lucas himself was very friendly and considerate, and when there was a small problem with the apartment he did not hesitate to come over quickly and fix it himself. We would definitely recommend this listing to anyone looking to spend a few days in Nantes.

Cute studio apartment in the center of Nantes! It was a perfect place to explore from. Cannot speak of the kitchen as we did not use it. Would book again

Looks just as it does in the photos, super convenient location, great views. Sometimes Air Bnbs can feel a bit sterile and devoid of character, but it's clear that Gerard's place is a home that is frequently lived in, giving it warmth with many personal touches all over the home. The whole place was spotlessly clean and in fantastic condition. The fact that it came with parking was a huge bonus, though the walk from the carpark up to is easier if you don't have your arms full of bags! Gerard was very communicative, though we were checked-in by his son on the day, who was very kind, polite and pleasant. We stayed during very hot weather so had the windows open to benefit from the breeze, (didn't notice the desk fan until day 2) this meant that the lively ambiance was enjoyed from the flat, it didn't go on particularly late but if you're into silent, early nights you may want to keep the windows closed or stay somewhere remote or less fun!

Le logement est conforme à la description, meublé avec goût et avec des finitions de qualité. Une propreté impeccable. La pièce principale est très fonctionnelle. La literie est de très bonne qualité. Le jacuzzi est accessible directement par le logement sans vis à vis, avec des peignoirs pour encore plus de confort. Audrey est une hôtesse exceptionnelle qui est très réactive, conciliante et très amicale. Elle vous propose des rafraîchissements avant votre arrivée ce qui est très rare dans malgré tout les air bnb que j ai pu réservé Souple et agile elle s adapte très rapidement à vos demandes. Le logement est impeccable, joliment décoré et la jacuzzi est très bénéfique avec les fortes chaleurs. Je recommande les yeux fermés Merci pour le séjour.
