For the price of a room with a local, we have a small, private, functional and well-located apartment.

The accommodation is very well located, close to the machines of the island and not too far from the center, it is clean, well-equipped and quiet. The check-in and check-out instructions were very clear. The parking space in the basement and the elevator were much appreciated on arrival and departure. Great communication with Mickaël. Our stay at Bruno's was fantastic. We were in France for family visits and this cottage was by far the perfect place to stay. Everything was great: from the beds, to the kitchen, bathroom, living room with large TV and garden with even a BBQ available. It all looked new and neat. Our host Bruno was very warm before and during our trip and responded quickly to our questions. All in all it was a nice experience. Absolutely recommended!

great stay, incredible view, good equipment (too bad there is no small kitchen base (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar) but coffee available! only downside, the road is very busy during the week, and the proximity of the "entreponts" restaurant, a little noisy on the terrace in the evening thank you Cédric for this good stay

Beautiful house full of charm, crossed by light, with terrace and garden on one side, view of a quiet path and eco-neighborhood on the other. Refurbished but the owners seem to have bargain-hunted a lot for the furniture, the result is pretty and comfortable. Their children's world is also welcoming for little guests... We would have liked to stay longer! The owners were welcoming and available for any questions. A big thank you!

Very nice house, tastefully furnished, on a quiet street, in a charming and picturesque neighborhood, close to nice places in Nantes. Shops nearby. Sabrina was very responsive to our requests.

Francine is a very kind host, she goes out of her way to communicate clearly and ensure you have everything you need. As there were no shops open nearby (and we were cycling) we bought some food and Francine set up a table in the garden for us. The apartment is very homely and well equipped with many small touches that make your stay enjoyable... a breakfast tray, ice cubes in the freezer, a fan, extra drinks on offer. The house is right by the cycle path, and you can swim in the lake after cycling all day. A perfect overnight stay!

This one-night stay perfectly met my needs: a clean room with very comfortable bedding, possibility of using the shared bathroom, responsiveness in exchanges, a warm, attentive and flexible welcome. The apartment and the environment are quiet. I had a restful night. Thank you Amélie! See you soon.

Great apartment, across the road from the Loire river. Easy check-in with key left in key box outside apartment on 1st floor in dry riser cupboard. Modern, stylish and spotlessly clean. On site underground parking with designated parking bay. Within 15- 20 minutes walk to Chateau des ducs de Bretagne and cathedral etc. Friendly and responsive hosts. Many thanks Julien.
