WELCOME! Our refurbished 1-bedroom with garage is located 2 minutes from the train station and the castle, on a wooded street with pétanque fields and atypical restaurants. The accommodation is quiet, not overlooked and bright. Located on the top floor (2nd floor) of a small residence, it can accommodate 2 guests. It is very well equipped and the bedroom is very quiet, with its adjoining bathroom. You will appreciate the proximity to the train station, all shops & must-see places. You are in the heart of Nantes!

The house is located in the city center of Thouaré-sur-Loire. Shops in the immediate vicinity (bakery, newsstand, grocery store, etc.) as well as natural areas and banks of the Loire (5 min) very easy access to downtown Nantes (20 min drive) or by train (7 min TER), the train station is a 2-min walk from the house.
