Due to the pandemic, please note that the apartment is cleaned by us between each reservation, according to the new protocol dictated by Airbnb and mandatory. The linen is washed at 60°C minimum! Hydro-alcoholic liquid available in the apartment! The roof, the insulation of the apartment, the air conditioning of the rooms, have just been completely redone. The building is secured with surveillance cameras in common areas. it is on the 5th floor with elevator, on a square where there is a Carrefour market, bakery, post office, pharmacy, and Baker. On Wednesday mornings, there is a market in the square. A crib and high chair are available if you are travelling with your baby.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Pascals beautiful apartment. The design and furnishings were fantastic and we felt so happy and comfortable there. The attention to detail and cleanliness was amazing and very much appreciated and Pascal was very helpful with places to eat and explore during our visit. Fabulous spot for our family holiday. from the deck chairs, kids toys, Nespresso machine so many little things included that made our holiday such a great one. It's right on the beach and walking distance to a boulangerie, intermarche, a train station going to Nantes and Paris and all the great restaurants in le crosic and batz súr mer. Also really enjoyed the various running routes and the kids loved the pool. It's very quite in the area I. May with beautiful sunsets. A relaxing break.

Extraordinarily quiet and yet connected to everything you need - around 10 mins of walking will get you to the high street of La Baule for all your shopping and grocery needs. House was spotless, easy to find and equipment was working fine. Some pantry staples (oil, salt and pepper) were in need of replenishment, but we managed by buying our own. The skyline view of La Baule was amazing, during the day and night - exactly as the photos. Will come again if we are in the area.
