Apartment vacation rentals in Centre-Ville, Nantes

This is a great place to stay. It is walkable but also close to transit to get everywhere. We were there during a brutal heatwave, but the apt stayed comfortable and it cooled off at night. Overall, a wonderful place from which to explore Nantes.

Apartment ideally located, in the city center and therefore a few minutes' walk from the castle and the streets in which most of the nice restaurants and bars are located, and about 15 minutes' walk from the train station. Very nicely decorated, and perfectly equipped (both in terms of the kitchen - with everything you need in terms of utensils and cutlery but also basic condiments, with even good tea and coffee - but also in the bathroom, with shampoo, soap, hair dryer, but also toothpaste, cottons, lees ball - which are not necessary because the windows insulate well and the apartment is located on the fourth and last floor so away from the "noise" of the street), the apartment is also bright, very clean and particularly pleasant to live in We had a great time, and would highly recommend it to loved ones wishing to spend a few days in Nantes! Tiphanie was also responsive, very kind and accommodating, it was perfect

We had a great time in Nantes & at Gael’s flat; it’s roomy and an interesting mix of things .. the space is quirky. Upside is the location, easy to walk thru the city & there’re many good bars/eateries nearby. But the downside (sad to say) is the traffic noise .. Rue du C is busy & can be noisy at later nite. The bedroom was v warm.. heat rises up to the top, it was hot when we visited. But thank you Gael .. we really enjoyed it & appreciated our stay.

I really appreciate I could find so lovely apartment in Nantes and I love the aesthetic style of Barbara. The location is so convenient to go everywhere. Because it is very located in the city centre.Xxxxx

central accommodation in a lively neighborhood. near the castle, train station 1 tram stop from the train station. the only "defect" is lack of brightness. small terrace

Beautiful home nicely decorated and well equipped. We had morning coffees by the river every morning. lisa is a responsive and helpful host. The home is about 15 mins away. Nice to stay at this home a little away from the city. The views were spectacular! The host is very friendly and responsive. Will absolutely stay again!

Nice apartment and great location!

We had a really lovely stay. Nathan was a great host, very friendly, replied quickly to messages and allowed us to drop our bags off at the property before check in. The property was very clean, lovely beds and the sofa bed was very comfortable too. We had everything we needed in the property, it was very well equipped.

No surprises… lovely outlook easy walk to most places we wanted to see would stay again

Looks just as it does in the photos, super convenient location, great views. Sometimes Air Bnbs can feel a bit sterile and devoid of character, but it's clear that Gerard's place is a home that is frequently lived in, giving it warmth with many personal touches all over the home. The whole place was spotlessly clean and in fantastic condition. The fact that it came with parking was a huge bonus, though the walk from the carpark up to is easier if you don't have your arms full of bags! Gerard was very communicative, though we were checked-in by his son on the day, who was very kind, polite and pleasant. We stayed during very hot weather so had the windows open to benefit from the breeze, (didn't notice the desk fan until day 2) this meant that the lively ambiance was enjoyed from the flat, it didn't go on particularly late but if you're into silent, early nights you may want to keep the windows closed or stay somewhere remote or less fun!

The accommodation is as described, tastefully furnished and with quality finishes. Impeccable cleanliness. The main room is very functional. The bedding is of very good quality. The jacuzzi is directly accessible from the accommodation, not overlooked, with bathrobes for even more comfort. Perfect for a relaxing weekend near Nantes. Really cozy place, nice for a romantic weekend, good location, the only thing I would say which is my fault as it is marked clearly, I with that the check in time was a little earlier but that’s my fault I didn’t read this but very nice place.

Audrey is an exceptional host who is very responsive, accommodating and very friendly. She offers you refreshments before your arrival, which is very rare in all the Airbnbs I have booked Flexible and agile, she adapts very quickly to your requests.
