Within 5 minutes walking distance you can reach the skiing area, which leads to Marguns and Corviglia (St.Moritz). In summer as well as in winter it is an ideal starting point for hikes and sports activities (all skiing, ice skating, biking, tennis) in the region.

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

Le Prese is also very close, where you can stroll comfortably by the lake. Or you can take the Bernina Express, which takes you over the circular viaduct of Brusio (UNESCO World Heritage Site) to Tirano.
