Als Loft mit edelsten Materialien (Valser Granit, Schlossparkett, viel Altholz, freistehende Wanne, Eisenkamin auf zwei Seiten geöffnet, Designarmaturen) ausgebaut. Mit geschütztem Gartensitzplatz und Garten. Sonnige, ruhige Lage. Eigener Hauseingang, Sauna im Nebengebäude. Ski in, ski out oder Skibus in drei Minuten erreichbar.

The 2.5 room holiday flat with approx. 70 m² in the centre of Lenzerheide is located on the ground floor of the very quietly situated building section 6 of the Hotel Schweizerhof, with direct access to the wellness area, underground car park and direct access to the cross-country ski trail. The flat's location is also ideal due to the short distances to restaurants, village life and shopping, as well as to the Hotel Schweizerhof's own swimming pool and wellness area.

Apartment on the second floor of 50 sqm on two levels with independent entrance can accommodate up to a maximum of 5 people. The apartment is not suitable for children under 4 years of age. For space reasons, it is not possible to add beds or cribs. Pool and garden shared with other guests. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, safe. The apartment is near the main road, which runs along the lake, so there may be noise from cars in transit.

In a few minutes you can walk to the swimming pool, the sports center with tennis court, playground, Zwergenweg, a small supermarket and the bus stop is right around the corner.
