Lovely quiet spot, central for walking into the centre of Plymouth, approx 40min. Great fish & chips just round the corner, easy off road parking. Comfortable beds, good open plan living area & kitchen/dining. Helpful hosts. Recommended but be aware of the stairs which are in the description - you are literally at the top of this beautiful listed building.

We had a lovely stay over the long weekend, best sleep we had in long time! Probably the sea breeze did the magic on ourselves and kids, but also the apartment is on quiet street you only hear seagulls. There are lots of lovely interior details to be mindful of with small children, but otherwise, it was just perfect!

Honestly the photos do not do this place justice its incredible what a view and the host could not have been better extremely helpful, always there at request, respectful, polite all round wonderful person even made us scones to bake and the the towels shaped in to love hearts was a really nice touch they made us feel welcome and right at home would recommend to anyone thank you sheila for a great experience will be visiting again

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was very cozy, equipped with everything we needed. It was quiet and private, ensuring nothing disturbed us while we slept at night. There was a convenient parking place, which was really important for us as we were travelling by car. Tracey was incredibly helpful and always kept in touch. One of the best hosts I have ever met!

Genuinely great place to stay, I walked everywhere like a 10 minute walk to centre. I really enjoyed the view from the apartment sad down on the balcony all the time when I wasn't out. Comfy furniture as well!

Lovely modern apartment set in beautiful peaceful and restful surroundings. Very clean with all facilities. Clear instructions for check-in and general instructions. Felt very at home. Easy to find and some manageable steps to property. Nice beach and amazing views. Within walking distance or five minute drive from Looe-which was our main interest. Would happily book again. I recently had the pleasure of staying for two nights in this charming barn conversion, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. The location is wonderfully peaceful, making it the perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The facilities were top-notch and eco-conscious, which I truly appreciated. Penny, the host, was friendly and attentive. When I encountered a minor issue upon arrival, she resolved it quickly and with genuine apologies, ensuring my stay was comfortable from the start. I highly recommend this lovely spot to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. You won't be disappointed!

We very much enjoyed our 5 night stay, and consider ourselves extremely fortunate to have found it at such short notice, literally a couple of days between booking and arriving. The apartment was great in almost all respects, I can imagine some people might find the parking a bit challenging, but we always managed to find a space not too far away. Also if you have limited mobility you might also find the location a bit challenging, we are reasonably fit 75 year olds and managed just fine. All in all a great place to stay.

We had an excellent stay at Sunkeeper. The house was amazing - very high quality with great amenities, and the photos don’t quite do it justice. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Communication from Ashley and Charlotte was clear and helpful throughout, and they were very understanding when we let them know about a minor accident with a wine glass. The local area is very scenic, and we had some great meals at the Inn On The Shore and the Beach House. Would highly recommend Sunkeeper to others looking for a high-end, relaxed and well-equipped place to stay.

Absolutely loved our stay!!! The house is beautiful with great amenities. There was a lovely welcome gift from our host, who was always super responsive. The setting is amazing- so peaceful and the children loved seeing all of the farm animals, especially the wild ponies in the evening right outside the gate. (The adults loved this too!). We really enjoyed walking and driving across the moor. Our favorite part was sitting in and walking (yes, it’s that big!) around the outstanding garden. It is absolutely stunning! There’s plenty of outside seating, sofas, and a large dining table to accommodate everyone. We had a beautiful dinner outside one evening. I highly recommend this wonderful home. Fabulous stay! We can’t wait to return.

We had an amazing time over the bank holiday weekend! The barn was self check-in, but Fran went above and beyond to ensure everything was clearly communicated and stress-free. We arrived a bit earlier than expected, and Fran kindly allowed us to check in early, such a thoughtful gesture that made a big difference to our journey. The barn itself is stunning, with breathtaking views and plenty of outdoor space to explore. It was the perfect countryside escape. We were travelling with a 2-year-old, so the thoughtful touches like books, toys, and a stair gate were hugely appreciated. The only minor challenge was a few small, unexpected steps throughout the barn- absolutely fine for older kids and adults, but a bit tricky for our toddler to navigate. That being said, we couldn’t recommend this place more, it’s a beautiful, peaceful spot with everything you could need for a relaxing getaway.

Looe is wonderful as was Jay & Martin’s amazing apartment . It had the most spectacular views , so much to see just sitting out on the balcony . Cannot fault the apartment in any way . Spotlessly clean and beautifully put together , everything you needed was at hand . We would definitely hope to return . Thank you both .

We had a lovely time away. Alison and Craig are amazing hosts, very helpful, we appreciated all the recommendations. They make sure everything is up to your standards and want you to feel at home, which we really did. This beautiful place has all the facilities you need. The view is breathtaking and the bbq is a perfect touch. We enjoyed drinks at the local pub with the view of the beach, the beach is lovely and peaceful. The food and cocktails at the local restaurant are also amazing!

We had an amazing 3 night stay in this fantastic house, it easily fitted 7 adults and two small dogs. The attention to detail in decor and amenities was impressive, there was literally nothing that we thought we needed as everything was thought of and provided and more. The welcome pack was a lovely touch and greatly appreciated. The four double bedrooms (1 was a king or 2 singles) were very comfortable and quality toiletries provided in the three bathrooms. The shared areas were spacious and comfortable with plentiful seating, and all ages catered for. The hot tub and fire pit on the decking was great, and the view from the front of the house is stunning! Denise was proactive from the start and ensured our stay was a perfect 10 out of 10! We wholeheartedly recommend this lovely home from home.

A stunning, incredible place in the most special town of Looe. Every day, you wake up to the view of the sea, to the bustle of the quayside and the boats going by. There’s a lot of love put into this charming flat! It’s also well-equipped and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is just so perfect—you have access to the center of town and it’s the perfect starting point to head to the Coastal Path hike. The host was responsive and sent detailed instructions as well!

Sandie and Dan communicated extremely well and were even kind enough to allow us to check in earlier than the normal check in time as we had an event to attend. The property was clean and tidy and instructions were clear. I would highly recommend this property to anybody staying in Plymouth. The only issue we had was parking via the ringGo app which for some reason wouldn't work and the phone number on the sign on the street didnt work so i was unable to pay so im now expecting a fine. However this was not in anyway the fault of the hosts just something to bare in mind for future guests. I would recommend dowloading and setting up the ringGo app pre arrival. Simply wow! Stunning historic building. Fantastic location - beaches, great restaurants, craft market - all on your doorstep, yet still peaceful and quiet. Accommodation has everything you need. Rebecca has gone the extra mile with small touches (water, milk, chocolates on arrival), that make you feel really welcome. Rebecca was proactive in contacting me, was always responsive & just really approachable. I would highly recommend staying here!

Fantastic property, absolutely loved the place. Such a convenient location for everything, local pubs, restaurants and shops are fab. Stayed for work this time but will definitely be back!

Gregor’s place was perfect for our stay in south Devon. Comfortable and everything we needed as a family. The boys loved the swing in the garden and the snakes and ladders. It was close to some beautiful beaches and the nearby newton ferrers and Noss mayo were pretty. Recommend the green deli cafe! And the ship inn.
