The stone cottage boasts spectacular sea views of the bay and backs on to Mt.Edgecumbe deciduous woodland, home to many types of birds, flora and fauna. It is close to wedding venues of Mount Edgcumbe and Polhawn Fort. It has off road parking which is a fantastic bonus as parking can be difficult in the area. There is a bus stop across the road too. It has a lovely private outside space to sit and relax, and a BBQ.

We are only two miles from Mount Edgcumbe and a mile from the twin villages of Kingsand and Cawsand. We are three minutes walk from the coast path.
