Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft verfügt über alles, was man braucht und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Gastgeber hat uns gut informiert und war gut erreichbar. Distanz zum Zentrum von Piombino zu Fuss ca. 10min.

Das Monolocale ist zentral gelegen mit einem kleinen Balkon und Aussicht auf das historische Hafenbecken. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für eine Besichtigung der Altstadt und Genuss der lokale Küche. Die zeitgemäss eingerichtete Wohnung ist praktisch und zweckmässig. Es fehlt an nichts. Die sanitären Anlagen, etc. und Internet funktionieren einwandfrei. Für Strandgänger ist ein Auto empfehlenswert. Parkplatzmöglichkeit unweit der Unterkunft. Das Monolocale liegt in/unweit der "zona di traffico limitato (ZTL)". Wir wurden freundlicherweise bis vor die Wohnung begleitet. Die Kommunikation mit der Tesi Viaggi (Sig.a Antonella und ihren Stellvertreterinnen) war immer einfach und schnell. Ein Aufenthalt im Monolocale kann ich nur empfehlen. Mai 2025

Quiet location, secluded, clean pool and beautiful views, clean and spacious rooms, wifi works best at pool but intermittent upstairs depending on room location. There is 80$ euro cleaning fee to be paid in cash, I had 100$ cash remaining so I was ok, so be sure to have cash on hand. Noemi offered recommendations for dinner and supermarket which were great. Overall, good experience for quiet and relaxing few nights.

Chiara ist eine sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Obwohl wir sie nicht persönlich kennengelernt haben, war die Kommunikation mit ihr völlig problemlos und sie half uns schnell weiter, als wir ein Problem hatten. Zum Strand sind es 2 Minuten und Ende Oktober war es warm genug zum Baden aber ansonsten sehr ruhig und entspannt auf der Insel. Die Wohnung ist mit allem wichtigen ausgestattet und für 4 Personen komfortabel. Elba ist auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert.

Appartamento corrispondente al 100% alla descrizione riportata. Siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi: l'appartamento e' decisamente spazioso, fresco e dotato di ogni comfort. L'arredamento e' molto moderno. La pulizia impeccabile. La posizione e' strategica: in meno di un minuto a piedi ci si ritrova nella via principale del centro di Castiglione con numerosi negozi e ristoranti (un consiglio: prenotare sempre per tempo perché si rischia di rimanere senza cena! Noi siamo stati a Castiglione nella settimana di ferragosto e senza prenotare si faceva fatica a trovare posto anche in tarda serata). In pochi minuti a piedi ci si ritrova sul lungomare dove ci sono numerosissimi stabilimenti balneari ma anche numerose spiagge libere. Davanti all'appartamento il supermercato e' comodissimo! Niccolò e Daniela si sono dimostrati sempre gentili e super disponibili: ringraziamo in particolar modo Daniela per tutte le dritte che ci ha dato!!!! Sconsigliato!

Séjour parfait chez Giovanna. L’appartement est très agréable et bien équipé. L’appartement était très propre à notre arrivée. Giovanna a été disponible n’important quand pour nous donner des recommandations dans les alentours. Nous avons adoré et nous reviendrons ! Je recommande

Appartement très pratique et bien équipé, situé très proche de la marina de Punta Ala. Emplacement idéal. Antonia a été très sympathique. Le wifi proposé par la résidence en revanche ne fonctionne pas bien ; mais cependant Antonia m'a proposé une solution en me prêtant une petite box personnelle, ce qui m'a été très utile. Très bon service et très bonne communication. Au final, un bon séjour, un appartement pratique et confortable.

Al residence Sant’Anna ci siamo trovati davvero bene. Posizione ideale e tranquilla, un po’ fuori dal centro di Portoferraio, ma comunque distante pochi minuti di auto. Vicino al residence c’è un minimarket, una spiaggia con sconto sui lettini per chi alloggia qui, una farmacia e un supermercato. Abbiamo provato anche il ristorante all’interno del residence e si mangia molto bene, prezzo medio-alto ma buona qualità di prodotti. Prenotando con Belvilla si ha l’accesso alla piscina incluso, noi ci siamo andati una volta sola ma ci è piaciuto, grande e comoda, fornita di lettini e doccia all’aperto (serve la cuffia). Per chi vuole c’è anche un bar vicino al ristorante. Inoltre ottimo parcheggio coperto e gratuito in loco. La stanza non era molto grande ma fornita di tutto il necessario, pure lo stendino. Un po’ scomoda la vasca con la tenda perché si rischiava sempre di bagnare a terra, bello il patio esterno per mangiare fuori. Alloggiare qui è stata un’ottima scelta, ve lo consiglio!

We (four adults and four children) had a wonderful stay at Debbio di Chicco for the second time. The view from the house is breathtaking, the house is equipped with everything you could need, the hosts and housekeepers are very friendly and always ready to help. Bibbona and its surroundings impress with their landscapes, good wines, great restaurants, endless beaches, and beautiful sea. We highly recommend Cala & Philipp's house and would love to visit again.

Die Unterkunft ist optimal für grössere Gruppen bis 12 Personen. Der Pool und das Haus sind super und das grosse Grundstück bietet auch genügend Parkmöglichkeiten. In jedem Raum befindet sich eine Klimaanlage. Alles ist sehr sauber und neu. Die Küche ist ebenfalls gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten eine super Zeit!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit! Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Haus ist eine richtige Wohlfühloase, umgeben von einem wunderschönen Pinienwald, der für eine entspannte Atmosphäre sorgt. Besonders begeistert waren wir von dem tollen Pfad, der direkt zum Strand führt – perfekt für Spaziergänge und um die Natur zu genießen. Die große Küche bietet alles, was man braucht, um für die ganze Gruppe zu kochen. Besonders aufmerksam war, dass die Gastgeberin uns ein paar Spielsachen für das Kind unserer Freunde gebracht hat – das hat den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir waren zu 6 auf diesem wunderschönen Anwesen und haben einige ruhige Tage in der Natur verbracht. Die Unterkunft ist etwas abgelegen wenn du also Ruhe und Entspannung suchst ist der Ort ideal. Mit dem Auto sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gut zu erreichen. Das Haus bietet viel Umschwung und die Sonnentage am Pool mit atemberaubender Aussicht aus Meer waren wunderschön.

Siamo stati nel bellissimo resort “Casa Conti di Sotto” e l'esperienza è stata davvero bellissima. La bellezza dell'ambiente circostante è semplicemente incantevole. Il nostro soggiorno è stato molto piacevole e i bambini si sono divertiti tantissimo nelle piscine e nei parchi giochi. Il personale è stato gentilissimo e disponibile. Lo prenoteremmo immediatamente di nuovo! Assolutamente raccomandato, soprattutto per le famiglie con bambini! Grazie di cuore Laura!

We had a very pleasant stay in this beautiful house. The area is extremely peaceful and quiet, which made for a truly relaxing time. Each room has its own private bathroom, and everything was fully equipped with everything we needed. The hosts were very friendly and helpful - all our questions and needs were responded quickly and with care. Communication was excellent throughout. The house is located in a stunning area with beautiful views, and the directions were clear and easy to follow — we had no trouble getting there. Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Everything was in perfect order, and I would definitely recommend this place. I was very satisfied. Although the surroundings are calm and quiet, the nearest town isn’t far at all, with several great restaurants to choose from. Altogether, a lovely experience!

Diana und ihre Familie reagiert sehr schnell und freundlich auf alles, sehr guter Service. Das Appartement liegt leicht oberhalb vom Strand an einer Straße, welche man aber so gut wie gar nicht hört und diese somit auch nicht stört. Zum Strand kommt man zu Fuß in ca. 1-2 Minuten. Das Appartement ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlt nichts. Wir haben im Garten gegrillt, was auch super funktioniert hat. Bei uns war zu jederzeit eine nette Katze vor der Tür bzw. im Garten, das störte uns nicht, jedoch bei Allergikern vielleicht erwähnenswert. Alles in allem ein toller Aufenhalt.

First stop of our trip to Italy and we dealt with flight cancellations and major delays but Laura was a helpful and flexible host. She waited for us to arrive late, let us in and toured us around. Her space is exactly as described and in a great location to tour San Vincenzo, only wish we had more time! Thank you.

Geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung für eine Familie. Zentral, aber ruhig mitten in Seccheto gelegen - praktisch mit eigenem Parkplatz, Waschmaschine & Trockner. Wir waren zum 2x dort.

Die Unterkunft liegt super zentral im Zentrum. Es gibt viele sehr gute Bars und Restaurants direkt in der Nachbarschaft. Massimo ist sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation mit ihm war unkompliziert, schnell und flexibel. Wir können Massimo uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Gruppo di 6 ragazzi abbiamo soggiornato alla casa per tre notti e quattro giorni. La casa era pulita, con tutto il necessario sia per quanto riguarda lenzuola e asciugamani, che per la parte della cucina, che è molto fornita. Letti comodi in tutte le camere e i due bagni puliti con doccia ampie. La zona è ottima in quanto dista 10 minuti in macchina dal centro di Marciana marina ed ha anche un accesso privato a una spiaggia raggiungibile a piedi a 10 minuti. La parte fuori in giardino permette di cenare o pranzare fuori sotto il gazebo, con una vista sul mare veramente impagabile. Esperienza molto positiva che speriamo di ripetere in futuro, grazie anche alla gentilezza e alla disponibilità dell’host. Rapporto qualità prezzo pazzesco.

Excelente vista e localização fantástica e o apartamento muito organizado

Lage und Ausblick sind hervorragend. Für die Ruhe und die schöne Natur nimmt man die Schotterstraße zum Anwesen gerne in Kauf. Ferienwohnung und Außenanlagen sind sehr gepflegt und ansprechend. Das Gastgeberteam ist sehr freundlich und tierlieb. Wir kommen gerne wieder einmal.
