Delizioso appartamento arredato con cura, in stile etnico, provvisto di ogni comfort, in un casolare appena ristrutturato secondo i principi della bioedilizia, immerso nella macchia mediterranea del più bel versante dell'isola d'Elba, con vista mozzafiato sull'arcipelago toscano e sulla Corsica, a 250 m sul livello del mare, dominante la spiaggia di Cavoli. L'appartamento è composto di soggiorno con angolo cottura e divano-letto per due persone, camera matrimoniale e bagno con doccia e ampio spazio esterno attrezzato per pranzare e prendere il sole. Il luogo è raggiungibile con una strada sterrata di 2,5 km dal paesino di San Piero in Campo (fin dove arrivano i mezzi pubblici), distante pochi minuti di macchina dalle spiagge più incantevoli dell'isola (Cavoli, Seccheto, Fetovaia) e dal centro turistico e commerciale di Marina di Campo. E' consigliabile disporre di un mezzo proprio. La casa è immersa nella tipica macchia mediterranea alternata a grandi e suggestive scogliere di granito. Il grande giardino è recintato, contiene un orto e un uliveto. Non vi sono altre abitazioni nei dintorni. Intorno alla località si snodano i più suggestivi sentieri per gli amanti del trekking e della mountain bike. Ideale per chi è in cerca di silenzio, relax, aria pura, e ama la natura e i luoghi un pò speciali. I padroni di casa potranno aiutarvi per ogni evenienza e perplessità. The apartment has a living room with kitchenette and divan bed for two persons,a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower and a large outside patio for eating and sunbathing. You can reach the place through a 2,5 Km dirt road from San Piero in Campo,where pubblic transport ends,and from where ,in few minutes by car you can get to the best beaches of the island (Cavoli,Seccheto,Fetovaia etc.),and to the touristic and service centre of Marina di Campo. It's better to have your own car or motorbike(you can rent it anywhere on the island). The house is surrounded by the typical mediterranean bush scattered with huge granite cliffs. The large garden has an olive grove and a vegetable garden. The place is secluded and there are no other houses in the surroundings. It's an ideal place for trekking and mountain biking and lovers of relax,peace,nature and special places. Your host are ready to help for any need and request.

The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. La Casa al Mare, in Cavo d'Elba

The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people, consists of an open space with a terrace overlooking the waterfront, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, is located on the second floor and has a separate entrance. Built about a century ago as an annex of the nearby "castle" and for this reason called "Casa al mare" (House by the sea). My apartment is in the historic center completely renovated, very close to an equipped beach and the most beautiful square in the city. 50m away, the course offers a wide selection of typical restaurants and places to spend after dinner. A few minutes from the train station and the supermarket. Theapartment is located in the ZTL, but there is free parking at 150 meters and we also offer the free possibility of a permit for access and parking in ztl for the time of the stay.

In the beautiful Cavo (Elba), we rent out the ground floor of our villa, 300m from the sea. The apartment (100m2) can accommodate 9 up to persons (4 adults.+5 Ki. or up to 6 adults.+3 Ki.) and consists of a spacious living room, a large bedroom with double bed + bunk bed, a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with bunk bed (1.40 + 90), a very large covered terrace (40m2), a well-equipped kitchen, two bathrooms with shower and washing machine.

Two-room apartment with sea view (islands of Cerboli and Palmaiola) with a large terrace where you can have breakfasts, lunches and dinners... At the back begins the wood with paths for trekking and mountain biking. It is five minutes walk from the beaches of Cavo, Frugoso and the hidden Cala delle Alghe. Very quiet place, with condominium parking spaces. (We do not provide sheets, towels etc ...)

Cosy house at Porto Azzurro

Porto Azzurro, the house, with beautiful view, has been renovated recently. (2015-2016). The house has good place for 4 persons, but can have place for 6. The beach, "Golfo della Mola", that is very close to our house, is perfect for who has a kayak or a small boat. To bath we recommend sand beaches that is 1-2 km away.
