Very very clean, spacious apartment, linens available, very well-equipped. The apartment is in a very good location close to the city center. Quiet and peaceful environment, no disturbance. Effective communication. I highly recommend this listing. We'll be back without a doubt!

The elevated position of the house allows very nice views of the village of Capoliveri and the sea in the southwest and northeast. Large terrace, cozy place to rest on the sofa or sun loungers or to eat at the table with panoramic views. Two bathrooms are practical and spacious, the kitchen compact and functional for this apartment size. The village is easily reached on foot, the ascent is also easy to manage after dinner in the village. The parking space in the garage is very convenient. Unfortunately, no bed, kitchen or bath linens are offered, these must be brought along.

We returned to Lisa's apartment for the second time and had a great time. The proximity to one of the most beautiful beaches on the island then gives added value to the whole. Highly recommended

We only stayed 4 days in Angela's apartment but we would have gladly stayed another week! Beautiful location in a quiet area (mid-May), in a few minutes' walk you can reach the beach, a few trails and in about ten minutes the village. The view from the balcony is beautiful, the apartment is equipped with everything you need, car parking on the property. Angela is a precise, very kind host. In the gardens of the various apartments there are also two beautiful and quiet cats! It was great to stay in this apartment, I would love to go back. Highly recommended

A beautiful spot on earth! Jenny, Angelo and their family are incredibly friendly and lovely people who immediately welcome you into their beautiful community. The property is tastefully designed, everything is homemade and the apartment is very clean and has everything you need. A place where you can sit together and exchange ideas, help each other and spend a very relaxed and quiet time. Jenny always gave us great tips and was very helpful. The sea is about 40 minutes away and can still be easily reached by car. The nearby lake is a great resort, and the nearest village for shopping is also not far away. We extended our stay and would have liked to have stayed much longer. We will definitely come back.

Spartako and Irina are very attentive and caring hosts. They welcomed us very warmly and always helped with advice and recommendations, as well as sweet persimmons from their own garden. Lovely clean house with everything you need, surrounded by a lovely garden in which it is pleasant to relax, and in which we even saw a walking pheasant. Good strategic location from which it is convenient to get anywhere on the island. We will be happy to stay here again if we come to the island again.

We stayed at "l'alloro" for five days (four nights) and had a very good time. The owners are friendly, they gave us all the information we needed for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The place is sheltered and very quiet. The house is comfortable and clean. We had our large dog with us and we didn't have any problems. Nearby is Lake Accesa, very convenient, but in any case we were not too far from the beaches of Follonica. Great experience.

We had a great holiday in a very spacious and clean house. The small rather little visited bay is right behind the accommodation. But here you should definitely think of sanding shoes, as there are large pebbles on both the beach and in the water. Giacomo has been a very friendly and helpful host and was easily accessible at all times. Thanks a lot!

Ranieri is a very friendly and very welcoming host, he was always very available to advise us during our stay. The accommodation is perfect, very functional and very pleasant with its beautiful and large garden. The listing is exactly as described. The area is superb with these beautiful villages, the sea and the forests. It's ideal for beautiful bike or walking tours. The shops and restaurants are very welcoming. There are great restaurants in the different villages around Castagneto. We highly recommend this listing for a stay in Tuscany. We'll be back! It was a great time.

I'm not sure if I spoke to Giada for the reservation and for some information, but whoever wrote to me was always very friendly and helpful. During check-in and my stay, I interacted with the parents, in particular with Mrs. Gigliola. She always responded quickly and was always extremely helpful. The apartment is as described. Convenient private parking 10 meters from the front door. The outdoor area is beautiful with a small table, chairs and deck chairs to enjoy the tranquility of the area, the sunset while sipping an aperitif or just relaxing. They also provided 2 clotheslines to air out the clothes or, possibly for laundry, which I washed by hand. Given the season is not yet very hot, they have provided an electric heater. Without taking the car you can start on GTE trekking. Nearest mini-market is 5 min drive (not cheap), otherwise 30' there is the supermarket.

We had a wonderful time! The hostess was very friendly and accommodating. The house is a real oasis of well-being, surrounded by a beautiful pine forest, which provides a relaxed atmosphere. We were particularly impressed by the great path that leads directly to the beach – perfect for walks and enjoying nature. The large kitchen offers everything you need to cook for the whole group. Particularly attentive was that the hostess brought us a few toys for our friends' child – which made the stay even more enjoyable. We will be happy to come back!

We immediately felt at home in Tanya's Airbnb. The accommodation is just perfect for those who – like us – vacation with their dog. The tranquility of country life just a few meters from the beach and sea – a true paradise for us. As it is an agriturismo, we particularly appreciated the opportunity to buy fresh eggs and vegetables. A straight A with an asterisk – we will definitely be back

I've spent 10 days of relax with my family, we had great time, the place is very quiet and relaxing. Very clean and tidy. Air conditioned helped us in the hottest days. It's very convenient to the sea, although we spent our days of holiday by the pool. Highly recommended!!!

Well, what can I say. If your friend was running an airbnb in Italy you couldn't be more sure of having the perfect trip than if you book with Paola! She looked after us so well, we really couldn't have asked for more. Some people you meet in life deserve six stars but sadly we can't give that on this site so she'll have to make do with five. The accommodation is rustic Italian and the location is beautiful. The rest you'll have to find out for yourself but suffice to say, you don't have a rating like she does for no reason! Nothing was too much trouble, and she welcomed our children with open arms. Thank you Paola, hopefully we'll see you again!

Babette and her husband are very nice and friendly. The apartment is very suitable for 2 people, the kitchen is superbly equipped with dishwasher and large fridge. Warm duvets are available for the cooler autumn season! Very nice terrace overgrown with vines. In addition, a small additional terrace at the back with morning sun, ideal for breakfast. The apartment is quietly located, a little off the beaten track, surrounded by vines and olive trees. Therefore, not easy to find. The last stretch of road leads partly through a forest on an unpaved road.

We stayed in the apartment for two weeks. Maria Grazia is very kind and welcomed us by making us feel at home right away and responding immediately when we had some requests. From the garden the view is phenomenal and the location is convenient (in 15 minutes by car you can reach the blue port and the Lido di Capoliveri, in 20 the Gulf of Lacona). In a couple of minutes on foot you can reach the center of Capoliveri, which is always pleasantly lively in the evening. Highly recommended!

Even before my stay, I asked if I could keep my bicycle box stored at the house whilst I ride a cycling event, it was no trouble at all. Ettore also went out of the way to take me to the local supermarket as I only had a bicycle to get around. I was made very welcome and comfortable whilst staying at the cosy country house. The house had everything I needed, lots of space to use. I would definitely return back when I’m back in Tuscany.

Sara's cottage is perfect for getting away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Immersed in the Tuscan countryside, silence, especially at night, reigns supreme. The garden is very comfortable for dogs, with the possibility of eating outside and freely enjoying the green space, leaving the 4-legged friends free to have fun. Just 10 minutes from the sea, it is in the ideal location! Thanks for the advice and help, Sara was instrumental in solving a "broken battery charger" problem by advising us where to buy it on Sunday! Thanks for the welcome, we'll definitely be back!

It was just great with Kety. Everything is perfect in this apartment. A jewel and bijoux, furnished with a lot of heart and love, is quiet and beautiful with views of the sea, vineyards and olive fields. There are also many restaurants, shops and celaterias. We will be back and will be sure to recommend it.

Great apartment in a very quiet location right on the beach. Equipped with everything you need, especially the kitchen has everything to cook for yourself. Matteo is also a nice host and always available. Glad to come back anytime!
