We are less than 5 minutes from our branch line station. Ideal for couples, single travellers, artists and those visiting family. Plenty of parking at the property. The timeless village has been the setting for many films and TV dramas including About Time, Poldark and the Wild West. The South West Coast Path is right on your doorstep and St Mawes, Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Caerhays etc are all nearby. Alternatively decide to just relax, pour yourself a glass of wine and let the world turn a little!

The Folly is set in the small garden of our cottage. Light, spacious and totally unique. Accommodation only. No kitchen but has a fridge, microwave, coffee machine etc & we will do the washing up. Good wi-fi, No TV but there's a screen & Firestick for streaming on your own accounts & DVD player with some DVDs. Double bed. Secluded outside area, barbeque & shared terrace. Off street parking. 15 minutes' walk to the station & close to Falmouth University. Good access to all areas of Cornwall.

We are a smallholding with chickens and geese as well as our friendly cocker spaniels. Carnon Downs offers a range of local facilities.

We are accessible to north and south coast beaches. Ideal for couples, single travellers, artists and those visiting family.

The Studio Flat is on three levels. A comfortable lounge with big TV, sofa, fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave. Shower, sink, heated towel rail and toilet on level two, double bedroom with garden views on third level. I can pull out a single mattress for an extra third person. Private, separate entrance, off road car parking. Situated between Truro and Falmouth. An extremely handy location. Please note that it’s not suitable for babies or very young children.
