We are on the unspoilt Roseland Peninsula, surrounded by fields and with sea views across to dramatic Dodman Point, the highest headland on the south coast of Cornwall. Ideal for walkers, we are less than a mile from the South West Coast Path. Although very rural, we are within walking distance of two pubs, the New Inn at Veryan and The Ship at Portloe. The village shop & post office are at Veryan for your added convenience.

Sunnyside is a delightful, bright and airy, dog friendly, holiday home, with an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen that opens onto a private patio that is a real suntrap in the summer. The bedroom is spacious and there is a separate utility room and a shower / wet room. This is the perfect spot for a couple on a budget or anyone with limited access as the property is all on the level. Veryan is in the heart of the Roseland Peninsula and is only a short drive or a nice walk from the stunning

First floor, two-bedroom apartment with a delightful view across Falmouth Harbour and the Carrick Roads. Accommodation comprises a comfortable lounge with views with bay window, well equipped kitchen, shower room and two bedrooms; one is a double bedroom, king sized bed with great harbour views, and the second if set up with two single beds. An Bowgy (little shack ) is a single storey cabin style building located behind the village store in the ancient village of Veryan . A great place from which to start your exploration of the Roseland Penninsula and the rest of cornwall. The local pub is a mere stumble down the road. There are wonderful coastal and country walks , just minutes away from An Bowgy. Our beaches Pendower & Carne are just over a mile away ,when the tide is out it becomes one beach .

Own parking area and entrance with a few steps up to a terraced area and entrance to the annexe. Director chairs provided to take in the view. Small kitchenette (No sink or hob) with all the electrical provisions, including a fridge freezer.
