We are on the unspoilt Roseland Peninsula, surrounded by fields and with sea views across to dramatic Dodman Point, the highest headland on the south coast of Cornwall. Ideal for walkers, we are less than a mile from the South West Coast Path. Although very rural, we are within walking distance of two pubs, the New Inn at Veryan and The Ship at Portloe. The village shop & post office are at Veryan for your added convenience.

Upper Stables is a romantic hideaway nestled in the private countryside of Carclew on the outskirts of Mylor, in easy reach of creeks, beaches and Falmouth. The stables have been lovingly refurbished and boast wood fired hot tub, beams, woodburner, luxurious bathroom - roll top bath and rain shower and a large well equipped kitchen. There are many lovely spots to enjoy; meadow for sundowners, private 1 mile walk - perfect for dog owners, fenced garden with barbecue and fire pit for star gazing.

Perfectly located for walking, admiring stunning coastlines and fantastic food, the lodge is close to the pretty village of Portscatho and 15 miles from Truro. Guests have free access to the beautiful pool, small gym, sauna and jacuzzi onsite. Just 15 mins walk to a beautiful, dog-friendly beach too! We now have a a smart PAYG EV charging point too!

Little House (sleeps 2/3) is in the Roseland Peninsula Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Near South West Coast Path and stunning Portholland and Carne beaches. Bedroom/living room (double bed + sofa bed), shower room, kitchenette. Private, with own fenced in garden, lovely views. (Driveway shared with main house.) Fast broadband, 43in smart TV (Netflix, Prime etc). EV charger and hot tub, both charged separately - pls request in advance. Hot tub: £15 first night, £5 each subsequent night.

Beautiful refurbished cottage in the heart of Portloe, 50m from the working harbour in one of Cornwall's most unspoilt fishing villages. Nestled on the Roseland Peninsula renowned for it's stunning beaches and estuaries and just steps from the South West Coast Path, it's perfect for beach lovers and walkers alike. Bright and airy throughout, the cottage features an open-plan kitchen , dining and living area, two spacious bedrooms, modern family bathroom and two terraces to enjoy the sea air.

Lime Kiln

This first floor little conversion is located in the most idyllic setting in the timeless hamlet of West Portholland where at low tide, the bays of East and West Portholland become one large expanse of sand. The accommodation is cosy and large sliding glass doors lead into an snug, warm open plan living, dining, kitchen area with a door leading to a lovely double bedroom with an ensuite shower room to the rear. A private balcony overlooks the sea and there is ample storage for kayaks.

Close to Portscatho, St Mawes and the King Harry Ferry.

A great place from which to start your exploration of the Roseland Penninsula and the rest of cornwall. The local pub is a mere stumble down the road. There are wonderful coastal and country walks , just minutes away from An Bowgy. Our beaches Pendower & Carne are just a mile away .

The Granary Annexe - Beautiful views out to sea.

A beautiful detached annexe set in the garden with your own entrance and wonderful views out to sea. Near Heligan Gardens and within walking distance to Hemmick beach and the South West coastal path. Own parking area and entrance with a few steps up to a terraced area and entrance to the annexe. Director chairs provided to take in the view. Small kitchenette (No sink or hob) with all the electrical provisions, including a fridge freezer.

The Hiding Place

Away from the hustle and bustle of life, but near enough to the best beaches in South Cornwall, The Hiding Place is the perfect place to relax. With 9 acres of private fields, access to several public footpaths, and a 5 minute drive to Portloe, Carne Beach or Pendower, it's location is the perfect balance. Relax in the wood fired hot tub at the end of your day and gaze at the millions of stars that show in the clear skies.
