Juliana is a great host and the house is nice, convenient and perfect as a beach house. Has all you need to make your stay perfect. Security in the Compound is tight, sometimes too picky when it comes to guests entering the premises, even for a day visit. Plan ahead and register them in advance. House much more beautiful than the pictures. All rooms are suites, very comfortable beds. The swimming pool is actually heated, we enjoyed it until the evening, as we went at the end of April and it was already a lower temperature. All the house's faucets and showers are heated. Shuveiros with a lot of pressure. Overall the house is amazing. It was the whole family, the youngest 3 months old and the oldest at 72 years old and all took advantage of it.

Felipe was one of the best hosts, very helpful, the PERFECT house, the heated pool is undoubtedly a great differential. We will definitely return and recommend the house to friends, it is near Caragua and São Sebastião, very well located. Felipe was very helpful from the moment we entered the house and when we left, thank you very much. There were days of rest and a lot of joy, the house was very well planned, the house was very clean and well equipped, I didn't miss anything, thank you for making our stay even more comfortable. The hosts are incredible. Amazing amenities, great local recommendations, and incredibly responsive. They were even paying themselves to pave potholes on their long stretch of road to make sure it was accessible to guests. An amazing place run by amazing hosts. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.

The house was perfect for me, I was working for the mall and I stayed 2 weeks in the house, there was room for my team and a separate suite just for me, the house is super spacious and cozy, everything works perfectly, kitchen items available and great bathrooms

The apartment is perfect! The location could not be better. Extremely clean, well-equipped, excellent bed and bath linens and kitchen with all the necessary utensils. The beds are very comfortable, air conditioning cooling well and the gas shower is a delight. Marcos is an excellent host. We hope to return soon.

We went as a family and our stay was excellent. The apartment is exactly as described in the listing, it has an excellent location within the condominium: close to the beach and in front of the market that the condominium has (which, by the way, has a fair price). The view from the balcony is of the mountains, which brings a lot of calm to the apartment. The car is parked in the garage and the entire check-in process was excellent. I recommend it!

The view from the apartment is beautiful and unbeatable! We loved reading our books in the morning during sunrise and evening during sunset while looking out of the windows. The kitchen was also perfectly prepared for us to do a bit of cooking. The host was very responsive and helpful. Please be informed, you need to pay extra for the linens and towels set (it is affordable but don’t forget if you need it!)

Wonderful place, even better than in the photos. One of the best apartments I've ever stayed in in Tabatinga. Friendly hostess and always willing to help with any questions. I highly recommend it for a couple looking for a different beach experience.

Excellent, defines the stay from the first to the last day, impeccable attention from Sergio, I felt at home, because the apartment offers all the necessary amenities for everyday life on the coast and after a day at the beach to end with a good dip in the pool that besides being wonderful is heated. What a wonderful place, it is an immersion in nature, with beautiful natural pools, breathtaking views, in fact the freshwater houses are stunning! I stayed with my husband and my dog Billy at the Lotus house and I have nothing to complain about, Cristina and her children were super attentive from the beginning, they gave clear and objective instructions, all the staff are very attentive and polite, they welcomed us very well. I only have compliments, I recommend it and I will certainly return more often.
