Kid-friendly vacation rentals in São Paulo

Margarete's place is literally "cinema". The amenities are all top-tier, and in very good taste. We have immediate and polite support for all our needs during our stay. I recommend to those looking for tranquility and a space to have fun, and very close to São Paulo. Recommended!

Without a doubt the place is extremely relaxing… especially to take a little time off and enjoy nature! Not counting on the house, which had everything we needed to cook and feel at home, the place is easily accessible only to the most delicate dirt road but all went well! As an architect and a nature lover, I loved the whole experience and would come back without a doubt.

You wake up and already have your foot in the sand, with the calm sea less than 2m away, it is a delight even on rainy days. The house, besides being beautiful, is super cozy, airy and well lit, Francisco and the staff who work in the condominium were very helpful and kind, and always responded quickly. If you're looking for a few nice, quiet days, I highly recommend it. Ps: I went with my dog and the space is amazing for those who have pets. The garden is quite spacious.

The stay at Mr. José Urbano's residence was wonderful, starting with the attention they gave us via cell phone, informing us of everything in the house. When we arrived, he was already waiting for us to show us the house and, always in a great mood, he left us charcoal and firewood. The house is super complete and cozy, we really enjoyed the facilities, such as the trail, the dam and the fishing. At the end of the stay, he made us feel at ease, so we were in no hurry to leave.

We had a wonderful weekend! Since the appointment I was very well oriented and attended by the hosts, in everything we needed were always willing. We even left a homemade bread on the last day! The house is very well taken care and equipped, very faithful to the photos, the condominium is a delight and very quiet! We made suggestions that were openly received, but were details only for minor improvements. Thanks to the hosts and we hope to return soon, we certainly recommend to those who wish to flee the city and have days of rest and quiet!

We loved staying at Dona Ilda's house. If it's already beautiful in the photos. In person is even better. A place of peace and quiet. We took our little ones and they loved it, the garden is impressive, we had a barbecue, a fire to roast marshmallows and as if the beautiful and comfortable house wasn't enough. We had the pleasure of meeting Mrs. Ilda. She is attentive, very kind, super concerned with every detail and has fun stories. You can go without fear. We'll be back for sure.

The Studio matches the listing… Clean, organized and easy to access. Super safe, with nearby restaurants that can be accessed on foot. The host always responded quickly, answering any questions and was super helpful.

Great, small but cozy apartment

I can’t say enough about Maria’s condo! Firstly I love to cook when I travel and the kitchen is a chefs dream—absolutely everything you need and then some. And the gym is world-class with loads of free weights, squat racks, and dozens of machines and space to do cardio. Lastly the location is terrific. Walking distance to everything and super safe. I didn’t feel unsafe for single second during the week I stayed there. I’ll be back for sure thank you Maria!

A great studio apartment in a great location. The view from the balcony is amazing. Also, the balcony itself is set up with couch and dining table makes it a good relaxing experience. Paulo has been super responsive too. Will definitely come back to this place again.

Apartment 514 is amazing! In the heart of Av Paulista, it is a very comfortable and surprisingly quiet space. Well decorated, it has air conditioning and an electric shower in great working order and some kitchen equipment. Close to many attractions, the apartment is next to MASP, close to Padaria Bella Paulista, pharmacies and various services. The Trianon MASP subway station is on the same sidewalk as the building, making it very easy to get around the city of São Paulo.

The apartment is very cool. I was celebrating a special occasion and it was everything we dreamed of! It would be again for sure and recommend it!
