Apartment exactly as described, very clean, super equipped and very beautiful. The complex is very beautiful, as in the photos, but I would say that it is a little poorly managed in some aspects. The hot water pool was dirty for a few days and the jacuzzi has a schedule to be turned on, if the complex is not too crowded, even if you ask. The only observation point of the apartment is the mattresses and sofas that are very soft. I would definitely rent again :)

I have nothing to complain about, it's just exactly like the listing! A safe, quiet condominium with lots of nature! Because of this, there are a lot of mosquitoes, but the house has screens on all the windows, you just need to pay attention to keep the doors closed. The condominium is far from markets, bakeries etc ... so you need to do everything by car, for us it was no problem, but I confess that sometimes I was lazy to take the car and spend 15 minutes just to get bread lol Hot showers, all the items in the house were working, garage for two cars and a very large yard, there is a barbecue area, but it has a leak, it was the only thing that was a little annoying. But for sure, if we go back to Caraguatatuba, we'll stay in this house if we have the same number of people. Sleeps 10 people but a little tight! The instructions for entering and exiting the house are great, everything is very simple. We got into traffic and were late to arrive, around 1 a.m. and everything worked out! I looooved it
