Sensational, what a wonderful place, apartment with everything we need, including a washing machine, Vanessa was very attentive, gave us several tips on places to go. Not to mention the condominium, what a pool!!! I will return more times without a doubt!

The place was as described on the page, the apartment was clean and the arrival and departure instructions were very clear! The location is very good for the beach!!! Literally in front of the sea, as we see in the photos. Gabriela was always helpful and helped me with any questions I had. Even the electricity went out for a few hours due to the heavy rain during my stay and Gabriela immediately opened a protocol to help solve it! My only complaint is that the building where the apartment is located is very old and a little abandoned, and if there are people in the apartment next door, the balcony is right next to ours, so any noise is heard by the other, but otherwise it was a good stay and Gabriela was a great host.

I want to leave my review of this wonderful apartment, the best I've ever stayed in Ubatuba, extremely organized, clean, incredible decoration, thought out in every detail, I felt at home, I didn't even want to leave, I'm still in ecstasy with the accommodation, the best choice of my life ❤️

My experience was wonderful, a 10 for Silvana, always very attentive, for Cibele, very helpful and for Renata very punctual. The apartment is impeccable, clean, spacious, with the utensils in order. The landscape is spectacular, a paradise. I will definitely be back more often. Thanks for providing wonderful days.

I highly recommend it! Communication with Patricia was great from the beginning. She answered all our questions and was super understanding. The place is amazing, extremely clean and comfortable and with all the necessary utensils. You can see that you are careful in every detail of the apartment. In addition, the location is excellent, safe and the view is wonderful. Certainly I would host again!

It was an amazing experience staying on Mr. Osvaldo, had everything we needed, clean, smelling place, wonderful view, literally foot in the sand. Quality and extremely clean bedding, even provide bath towels! Mr. Osvaldo a friendliness and education in the treat, we will return other times, for sure!!

Completely Supriu what you were hoping for. A pleasant, cozy space with a beautiful view of the beach, well located with a 2 minute walk to Martin de Sá beach, restaurants, supermarket and other nearby shops. Leonardo was also super helpful, gave many valuable tips to enjoy our stay, left us a wonderful treat as soon as we arrived. I definitely want to come back more often.

Excellent place, had everything we needed , well equipped . Very good location, stand in the sand, delicious pool, pool restaurant with attentive staff and delicious food!! Supermarket right next to the building, very practical . Manoela was attentive and kind all the time!

We had an excellent weekend, the apartment is great, complete with utensils, clean and organized. The condominium also has all the infrastructure, with a swimming pool and barbecue area in great condition, and super helpful staff. Communication with Carol was perfect, she was always very attentive, helped us with everything we needed. The location is very close to the beach, with a kiosk that provides great service and very good portions. It was really worth it, I definitely recommend it!!

Apartment exactly as described. The condominium is great, with very helpful employees. Extremely secure. It has a market that has everything so we wouldn't need to have taken anything abosulantly. The caretaker, Mr. Pedro and his family were super friendly to helpful. Both rooms have their own bathroom and a downstairs bathroom.

We had a wonderful experience at the apartment! The view is simply amazing, facing the sea, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beach. I really liked the place, very good and organized structure. Excellent breakfast with options for those who eat or do not eat dairy products, which helped me a lot because I am allergic. Great market inside the space, the pool and the beach in front is very private. I recommend it

The stay at Thalita's apartment was perfect! I will definitely stay again on a future visit to Ubatuba. The condominium is quite complete and well located, with several amenities in case you have days that are not suitable for the beach. The apartment is exactly as in the photos, only I did not pay attention to the details of the bedding and blankets, but that did not prevent me from enjoying it. Due to the low season when I went, the apartment had a little bad smell, but nothing too impactful, and it went away by letting the air air out a little. The air conditioning works perfectly, as well as the kitchen utensils. The water is very warm, but you have to leave it on for a few minutes to heat up, and there is not much pressure. The host was ultra fast and solicitous in all communication, and gave accurate instructions.
