Our stay at Concetta's apartment was absolutely wonderful! The location is truly perfect, nestled quietly on a beautiful hiking path in the hills between Porto Azzurro and Portoferraio. We loved the tranquility and easy access to nature. The apartment itself was spotless and charming, with a well-equipped kitchen that made cooking a breeze, and excellent Wi-Fi. Just a heads-up that towels and bed sheets are an extra cost, but this was a minor detail. The terrace and garden are definitely the highlight – we spent hours enjoying the incredible views of the hills and the sparkling bay. What really made our trip special, though, were Concetta and her son, who were incredibly warm and welcoming hosts. They truly went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Our dog also had a fantastic time and became fast friends with their lovely dog, Mocca! We were even surprised with delicious fresh veggies and herbs from Concetta's garden! Highly recommend for a relaxing and memorable Elba getaway!

Joli logement, propre, tranquille Pas loin du supermarché, du centre-ville et d’autres destinations Par contre pour les inconditionnels de la climatisation c’est pas pour vous, autrement pour 4 personnes le logement est parfait Place de parking juste devant le logement Nicoletta est proche de vous mais vous ne la voyez jamais, elle est très discrète bref elle est incroyable !!😻 Nous conseillons ce logement André et Patricia

Eine tolle Übernachtungsmöglichkeit mitten in der schönen Altstadt von Piombino. Valentina antwortete schnell und präzise; Check-In einfach und wir durften früher in die Wohnung, vielen Dank! Alles sehr sauber und wir haben uns über das Frühstück gefreut. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Urlaubsbeginn zusammen mit unseren zwei Dackeln und wenn wir wieder nach Elba reisen, möchten wir's gerne wieder so gestalten.

Abbiamo soggiornato solo 4 giorni nell’appartamento di Angela ma ci saremmo fermati volentieri un’altra settimana! Posizione splendida in zona tranquilla (metà maggio), in pochi minuti a piedi si raggiunge la spiaggia, qualche sentiero e in una decina di minuti il paese. La vista dal balcone è bellissima, l’appartamento è dotato di tutto ció che serve, parcheggio auto nella proprietà. Angela è un host preciso, gentilissima. Nei giardini dei vari appartamenti soggiornano anche due gatte bellissime e tranquille! È stato fantastico soggiornare in questo appartamento, ci tornerei molto volentieri. Consigliatissimo

Спартако и Ирина очень внимательные и заботливые хозяева. Они нас очень тепло встретили и всегда помогали советом и рекомендациями, а также угощали сладкой хурмой из собственного сада. Прекрасный чистый дом со всем необходимым, окруженный прекрасным садом, в котором приятно отдыхать, и в котором мы даже видели гуляющего фазана. Хорошее стратегическое расположение, из которого удобно доехать до любого места на острове. С удовольствием остановимся тут еще, если еще раз приедем на остров.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in einem sehr großzügigen und sauberen Haus. Die kleine eher wenig besuchte Bucht ist direkt hinter der Unterkunft. Hier sollte man aber unbedingt an Schmimmschuhe denken, da sowohl am Strand als auch im Wasser große Kieselsteine vorhanden sind. Giacomo ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereitser Geasgeber gewesen und war jederzeit sehr gut erreichbar. Vielen Dank!

Federica è stata molto gentile e ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni per facilitare il nostro arrivo. L’appartamento ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative, pulito e ordinato.. non mancava nulla! Grazie mille, speriamo di tornare presto!

Nous avons passé 15 jours dans l'appartement d'Alessandro, ce fut des vacances magnifiques, le village est très typique et correspondait parfaitement à nos attentes. Alessandro nous a donné toutes les informations ainsi que les bonnes adresses, il y a 3 restaurant dans le village qui sont très bons . l'appartement est très bien situé dans le village ( à 30 secondes pour le café du matin ainsi que la boulangerie) cuisine , chambres, salle de bain propre et spacieuse. à 20 minutes des plages turquoise nous y retournerons sûrement une prochaine fois, Et petite cerise sur le gâteau , le dernier jour nous avons assisté à un petit concert sur la place du village ou Alessandro était à la guitar ;) je recommande les yeux fermés.

Très beau logement à deux pas de la plage, très propre, spacieux et bien équipé. Réponses rapides de la part de l’hôte, nous recommandons ce logement!

We had an extremely wonderful holiday in this apartment. The communication and booking process were pleasant and very quick. All my questions were answered quickly in advance. A beautiful apartment with a great terrace overlooking the sea. Everything you need is there. You can enjoy peace and quiet here. Down in the bay, there is a small jetty and a cosy bar. There are many hiking trails nearby. Bread and other small items are available in the next village (1.5 km away). It is recommended to have a car (parking spaces are available). I can only say ‘thank you’ for the great, relaxing holiday. We and our dogs had a lot of fun.

L'alloggio è nuovo, bello e molto funzionale, con 4 magnifiche terrazze ed una stupenda vista sul mare. E' a due passi dal centro storico di Capolavori, da due supermercati e da un'ottima pasticceria. Dispone di un ampio e comodo parcheggio privato. La proprietaria è simpatica, gentilissima e disponibilissima. Un'esperienza che vorremmo poter ripetere al più presto.

Annalisa è stata veramente gentile e disponibile! L’appartamento è molto bello, curato nei dettagli e perfettamente conforme alla descrizione. È anche molto comodo, sia per la disposizione degli spazi interni che per la posizione. Super consigliato!

Con la sua meravigliosa casa fronte spiaggia Paolo ci ha permesso di trascorrere una vacanza indimenticabile. Non solo la casa è provvista di ogni cosa, ma si trova anche in un punto assolutamente strategico per raggiungere i luoghi più suggestivi dell'isola. Paolo è un host impeccabile e cortese, si è mostrato comprensivo e flessibile nei confronti di una nostra dimenticanza e ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni di cui avevamo bisogno. Speriamo davvero di ritornare!

Das Haus liegt in einer sehr schönen und ruhigen Umgebung. Es ist klein, aber fein und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Ein Parkplatz befindet sich direkt vor dem Haus, aufgrund der engen Zufahrtsstrasse empfiehlt es sich, mit einem Kleinwagen anzureisen. Der Garten ist sehr hübsch und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Der Gemeinschaftsgarten bietet einen fantastischen Blick aufs Meer und spektakuläre Sonnenuntergänge. In nur 15 Gehminuten erreicht man zwei kleine Buchten, die sich ideal zum Schnorcheln und Baden eignen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ettore, Paola und ihre Tochter Silvia waren von Beginn an sehr kommunikativ und immer hilfsbereit. Selbst Dinge, die wir gar nicht als kaputt wahrgenommen haben, wurden sofort repariert (Sonnenschirm). Paola und Ettore (die im oberen Stockwerk des Hauses wohnen) waren immer freundlich und haben uns immer wieder mit Leckereien beschenkt (vieles aus eigenem Anbau). Die nahegelegene vielbefahrene Straße rückt durch das ansonsten herrliche Ambiente und die zuvorkommende Gesellschaft in den Hintergrund und man nimmt sie mit der Zeit gar nicht mehr so wahr. Alles in allem hatten wir eine tolle Zeit!

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit auf Elba und können die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen! Die Aussicht von der Wohnung aufs Meer ist einfach fantastisch – jeden Morgen aufs Meer zu blicken, war ein Traum. Alles war makellos sauber und sehr gepflegt. Besonders die Küche war top ausgestattet! Die Lage ist schön zentral, sodass man schnell in den umliegenden Orten ist, aber trotzdem seine Ruhe hat. Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich herzlich und hilfsbereit – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Elba selbst ist traumhaft schön, wir kommen ganz sicher wieder!

Esperienza bellissima, posto incantevole, accoglienza come a casa, assolutamente consigliato, grazie Cristina alla prossima!

Matteon majoitus oli aivan loistava. Asunto on hyvin siisti ja hieno, vastaa kuvausta ja ilmastointi toimi erinomaisesti. Täydellinen vaihtoehto esim. nelihenkiselle lapsiperheelle! Todella hyvä hiekkaranta ihan vieressä: matala, kirkas vesi ja rantapalvelut saatavilla. Capoliverin kaunis kylä muutaman minuutin ajomatkan päässä. Auto tosin on aika tarpeellinen, sillä kauppoja ei ole Naregnossa, mutta pari ravintolaa kyllä. Matteo oli avulias ja vastasi hyvin kaikkiin kyselyihin. Oma autopaikka aivan asuintalon vieressä.

La posizione è ottima sia per girare l’isola sia per andare comodamente alla spiaggia di Lacona a piedi, la vista è molto bella e si è praticamente a due passi da un ristorantino/bar molto buono. Il bagno è grande e piuttosto comodo, l’area esterna idem ed è molto tranquilla. Il divano letto è un po’ scomodo ma complessivamente ci siamo trovati bene. Occhio al frigo, non ha uno spazio per congelare che poteva tornare utile a chi come noi aveva portato i ghiaccetti per la borsa frigo.

Casa Roberta is in a great location, close to the beach and with a great view for sunsets. The size of the apartment was exactly right for us (a group of four), the bathroom was nice and clean, as was everything else. Simone is very kind and helpful, we can recommend staying here :)
