Diana and her family are very quick and friendly to everything, very good service. The apartment is located slightly above the beach on a street, which you hardly hear at all and therefore does not disturb it. The beach is a 1-2-minute walk. The apartment is very well equipped, nothing is missing. We grilled in the garden, which also worked great. We had a nice cat in front of the door or in the garden at all times, which did not bother us, but perhaps worth mentioning with allergies. All in all, a great stay.

Even before my stay, I asked if I could keep my bicycle box stored at the house whilst I ride a cycling event, it was no trouble at all. Ettore also went out of the way to take me to the local supermarket as I only had a bicycle to get around. I was made very welcome and comfortable whilst staying at the cosy country house. The house had everything I needed, lots of space to use. I would definitely return back when I’m back in Tuscany.

Even before arriving, we knew that the place perfectly matched our needs: a strategic location to move around the island easily, private parking, a quiet area, and the possibility of enjoying the accommodation for any eventuality. The house was impeccably clean, tidy and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Lorenzo is an attentive, helpful and kind host, he made us feel welcomed. It will surely be our new point of reference for holidays in Elba!

Great location, quite central, good attention, very well equipped, next door there is a food that opens late, the right price, the only thing to consider is that it is on the third floor, for those who are not a problem this is the perfect place to stay.

Impeccable apartment, comfortable, a stone's throw from the station; very clean and tastefully furnished. Really a great starting point for discovering Piombino and its surroundings. Aldo and Antonio are very nice hosts who were able to meet our needs in a truly excellent way

Apart from the rain that is not to blame, it was a nice stay, Matteo was always available in need and quick in our requests, he was flexible when I asked to postpone our exit, so everything was well done to be done for sure, thank you Matteo

The space is modern and clean. All rooms have mosquito screens, which we greatly appreciated. In the kitchen you will find everything you need. Parking spot outside the house. You have your peace and feel comfortable with Paolo. He only speaks Italian, which was not an obstacle. In the village there is a small shop with fruits, cheese, meats and the usual items. Service very friendly. It is about a 20-minute walk to the house beach, by car 5. You can take some hikes directly from the house. Larger shops can be reached in about 20 minutes by car.

We stayed in this apartment for a few days and the experience was really pleasant. The location is perfect for those looking for tranquility: away from the hustle and bustle, but still well connected to comfortably explore the whole island. The accommodation is well-kept, very clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities to feel at home: equipped kitchen, air conditioning, stable Wi-Fi and even an outdoor area ideal for relaxing in the evening or dining outdoors. The owner was helpful and attentive, providing us with great tips on what to see and where to eat. A great choice for those who want a comfortable and relaxing base from which to explore the island. We would recommend it without hesitation!

Daniele's house is really a gem, very clean, with all the comforts, including dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker and much more. It was like being at home! The location of the apartment is ideal, within walking distance of the center, but in a quiet area where there is no confusion and parking is easy. Daniele was very kind and advised us what to visit, an exquisite person! We'll be happy to come back.

We immediately felt at ease with Floriana, the communication was excellent and we arrived at the accommodation without any difficulty. The house is in Lido di Capoliveri, 15 minutes from the port, a 5-minute walk from the beach and the first necessary services, restaurant and bar, and just over 5 minutes by car from Porto Azzurro and 10 minutes from Capoliveri, so an excellent location. Excellent cleanliness, house furnished with quality and taste and attentive host and immediately ready to satisfy a few more requests with speed and courtesy. We confirm the excellent previous reviews, a must-see house for a vacation in Elba! See you next time!

Spacious apartment, equipped with all amenities and in the center of the delightful Porto Azzurro. The terrace overlooking the central square is perfect for enjoying the town's street. A beach a stone's throw away with wonderful water. Restaurants and shops all around. The house is clean, with ample space, less than 15 from Portoferraio (ferry arrival). Alessio was an exceptional host, kind and responsive. Thanks Alessio, we'll be back!

You can stay in private little castle. The house is beautiful, cozy and perfectly clean. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming people. The sea is right around the corner, and there’s lots of restaurants nearby. We really feel like home here.

Fabio and Patrizia and their family and livestock made us feel very welcome. The apartment was fully equipped and clean. We thoroughly enjoyed the patio in the garden. Quiet surroundings with beautiful view, but still on walking distance of shops and scenic village center. Say hello to all the donkeys, especially the smallest one with the biggest voice.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this property! The location was perfect—peaceful, yet close to everything. We had a great time in Nisporto. We were four people and had plenty of space on in the two bedrooms and terrace. The pullout couch was more than comfortable for our ten day stay. The pool is right in front of the terrace and the beach a 3 min walk. We always found free sunbeds at the pool, and was able to rent sunbeds and umbrellas at the beach, which also had a small bar. The area is quiet and there is not much to do in Nisporto, which was perfect for us. We rented towels from our host, which were delivered to us on arrival. Our host was very responsive and helpful. A great place for a relaxing vacation.

We loved our stay in cavo. The pool and the view from the balcony is particularly good. Giulia is a lovely person who’s taken a lot of time to write clear instructions. The Sassi Rossi was our favourite restaurant near by

Very nice, modern and sparkling clean accommodation in a beautiful and spacious hotel complex in a quiet location. We enjoyed our stay and Simona was a great host. It was just a pity that the pool area was not yet open in mid-April. Thank you, dear Simona, we will definitely come back someday!

Rita was extremely helpful and responsive to our every request and advice on how and where to tour the island, restaurants included. Newly renovated apartment, modern and tasteful, arranged in an excellent way in case you have to go in 4 people. The view of the sea from the garden is not missing and the entire area is a paradise, ideal for those who want to find tranquility. You can travel by car and in 10 minutes you can reach the main tourist villages such as Porto Azzurro. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back!
