Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Capoliveri

We were guests at Mariapia's place for a wonderful week. The information and directions were very helpful. The self check-in is completely straightforward. The apartment is very tasteful and clean as described in the listing. The outdoor area is beautifully designed with a spacious garden, where you can have a wonderful breakfast under apricot trees and mistletoe. All in all exactly what we wanted, quiet location and yet in a few minutes to countless entrances to sandy beaches and the sea. Thank you for the wonderful time. I'm sure we'll be back.

We spent 15 days in Alessandro's apartment, it was a beautiful holiday, the village is very typical and perfectly matched our expectations. Alessandro gave us all the information as well as the good addresses, there are 3 restaurants in the village which are very good . The apartment is very well located in the village (30 seconds for morning coffee as well as the bakery) kitchen , bedrooms, clean and spacious bathroom. 20 minutes from turquoise beaches we'll definitely go back next time, And little cherry on the cake , on the last day we attended a small concert in the village square where Alessandro was at the guitar;) i'd recommend it.

We stayed in the house for less than two weeks and were super satisfied. It is very generous, both inside and outside. The amenities offer everything you need. By car you can quickly get everywhere and you can also walk to Procchio. Hope to come again. Berith was always quickly available for questions and was friendly. We can warmly recommend the house.

We really enjoyed Elba and this place was perfect for us, we felt right at home! We stayed here for a week and rented a bike for 4 days and did the rest by bus. Elba has a good bus system to easily explore the island! Maria Luisa is by far the best host, sweet, flexible, helpful and she provided the house with snacks/food upon arrival, which was great after a day of traveling. We would love to come back some day!

Cristiana is a very friendly, accommodating host and went out of his way to give us a nice holiday both before arrival and during our stay. The house with the traveling terrace and the spacious garden with many fruit trees has offered enough space for us as a family of 6. Everything is very clean and well maintained. The short path to the beach is also perfect. We felt very comfortable.

I've spent 10 days of relax with my family, we had great time, the place is very quiet and relaxing. Very clean and tidy. Air conditioned helped us in the hottest days. It's very convenient to the sea, although we spent our days of holiday by the pool. Highly recommended!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Seccione . The accommodation and surroundings were more than we'd hoped for. The caretakers cottage is stylishly decorated with everything there you need. The garden and pool are beautiful, lovely plants and trees, amazing view with the sea right there, a very short walk to the beach. Sebastian was very friendly helpful, everything is well considered and very professional.

I stayed a week with my girlfriend in Marieluise's place and had a great time thanks to the availability and kindness of the host. The house is really nice and cozy, in a great location for both evening nightlife and the convenience of shops, restaurants, etc. The house is cool thanks to the good location and is very ventilated. Marieluise was super helpful and kind. We had a problem with the heater, which you promptly replaced with a new one the next day (despite the Ferragosto period). She apologized a lot for this small inconvenience, although it didn't cause any inconvenience for us. Capoliveri is beautiful, especially at night, and the house allows you to fully enjoy the center. Thank you Marieluise for having this vacation beautifully!

The photos match the apartment perfectly, which is spacious and very nice in my opinion. Great location, quiet and relaxing area with beautiful outdoor space, it was fabulous lunch and dinner outside. Downtown Porto Azzurro can be reached in 5 minutes by foot. Great!

We had a lovely time at Elena's and felt very comfortable. Elena and Luca are very helpful and always available. Very quiet environment, there is only one car passing by every few minutes. Close to beautiful beaches and Tuscan villages. But you need a car to get to the place and get around. Beautiful, well-kept garden with barbecue and herbs for cooking. Next door is a 2nd apartment with which the terrace is shared, a kind of privacy screen would be nice here (e.g. a plant) and opaque curtains in the bedroom so that you can sleep with the window open - both but only small things, otherwise everything was great! We would book here again :)

We had a fantastic stay at Tania's. The farmhouse is very nice, the apartment is super-equipped and the terrace has a wonderful view of the sea. It is a few meters from the sea and restaurants and you can do everything on foot. Tania and her family are very friendly, we had a great time and will gladly return.

Central in the pedestrian zone of Capoliveri, quiet, the most beautiful terrace on site, loving amenities. Kitchen super equipped. After arrival, we got very helpful tips from Tinka regarding excursions and bars, restaurants. The house cannot be accessed directly, but good and free parking is available nearby. We'd love to come back

We had a wonderful week in the beautiful apartment with the breathtaking view of the sea and green hills. Boris and his family are extremely welcoming and provided help with anything we needed underway. We would love to come back!

We stayed a little over a week with our dog and really enjoyed the space. The view is absolutely fantastic, Giacomo was always very responsive and gave us tips for restaurants or various things and the garden is also very beautiful. The mornings on the terrace are very nice and Marciana can be reached quickly by car or on foot. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place, especially with a dog.

Laura's place is a gem. We felt right at home as a family of 4 (2 teens). Laura was super friendly, helpful and communicative. The flat was very clean and cute and had everything you might need. In the village there is everything you need. Restaurants, bakeries, little shops, cute beach (pebbles) and nice atmosphere. We were sad to go and would stay there again any time.

We had a wonderful weekend with our friends. The house was perfect for the occasion and we didn't get tired of the view. The bedding is very comfortable and we didn't miss anything. No complaints, go for it!!

We had very nice summer days in the charming house. We particularly liked the retro charm of the decor as well as the walking distance to three beaches. Antonia took care of our concerns immediately. We will be happy to come back.

We're back at Ricardo's for the 4th time. The house and the spot are ideal.

It was fantastically beautiful in the accommodation. The house, the location, the small bay was very special, an oasis, a small paradise. We thought it was great that you can only get there on foot. We like this. We loved the outdoor shower. You can get anywhere on the island quickly. But you don't even to leave. We also loved the small hikes. The house with the many colors" is a 20-minute walk below the car-free medieval village in the pine forest with fantastic views of the sea. Perfectly remodeled by the owner as an artist with island-typical colors, the villa is stylish and well equipped and fulfills all wishes. In particular, the saltwater pool in front of the large terrace makes it unique. In addition, you will be very nicely received and accompanied by Tina. Highly recommended! Would love to come back.

We stayed in this special house as a family with 10 adults and 1 dog. Each has their own room including bathroom. The house is just as special as it shows in the pictures! It was very clean, cozy , spacious and perfect to be together, private and quiet. The kitchen is generously equipped. 3 cars can easily park in the yard. The view from the terraces is a dream! It is completely fenced which was great for our dog to walk around and is just a 3 minute walk from a beautiful sandy beach with rocks. Porto Azzuro is only 15 minutes away by car and was our favorite town for shopping and restaurant visits. Nadia welcomed us warmly at the house. Unfortunately, she doesn't speak English but that was somehow no problem- She is a very friendly person!

Beautiful and clean house, beautiful view. Only problem: the street. There are two options to get there: the first option takes 20 minutes from the main road so using the one you have to make 40 minutes of dirt road (however easily accessible) between round trip and back each time you leave (it is the road recommended by the host). The second option is to use the short road on the opposite side. The problem with this second option (which becomes the only one since 40 minutes between the way back and forth only of dirt road every time you leave is too much) is that the road is in poor condition and you get up hard unless you have a 4x4. House, however, highly recommended and perfect for a company of friends (we were 6 people). I'll definitely be back!!
