The apartment is the ground floor of a villa that is occasionally inhabited by the owners on the upper floor; it was completely renovated in the winter of 2018/19, both bathroom and kitchen, as well as furnishings, both internal and external. The strong point is definitely the proximity to the beach, which can be reached by walking along a private staircase, but also the tranquility of the area and the outdoor space reserved for it.

In the past, La Guardiola was placed to defend the entrance to Porto Azzurro from the sea. It had two key features: an extensive and dominant view and immediate access to the sea.
