Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Cape Girardeau

This was probably our favorite stay that we’ve had in a long long time! The house was gorgeous, well equipped with everything we could need, and our host was so lovely! Highly recommend this stay—bedrooms were massive and the pictures don’t do the house enough justice! LOVED this stay!

This was the best Airbnb I have stayed at in Cape Girardeau! The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. They gave us a tour of the house and told us interesting historical tidbits about the home and property. Everything was very clean and felt like a boutique hotel. I especially loved sitting on the screened-in porch in the mornings.

It was such a cute, clean, and perfectly convenient place to stay. Not far from the city and campus, but enough space from the city to be comfortable and quiet. I would 10/10 recommend!!!

If you are looking for a nice old house in a neat little town this is it. We had our family visit us from the area and it was a perfect place to host from. The kitchen was well stocked and made cooking a breeze. Also the host was very responsive to any questions we had about the house and the area. We will definitely stay here again if we will be in the area!

Place was great. close to new rock climbing location. we didn't see that dogs were not allowed as we had searched for pet friendly home so that was a misunderstanding but it was a great house and location!! we apologize for the misunderstanding!

Michael’s place was amazing! As soon as you walk in it feels so cozy and clean. I have stayed in many Airbnbs across the US and Europe - this is definitely one of the best when it comes to personal touches! The welcome guide is extremely descriptive and there are so many cute details, from the board games to the vinyl records. Michael is very friendly and welcoming right from the start as well! The next time I visit my friends in Carbondale we would love to come back here again!

Great place to stay and within walking distance to great restaurant. Deb was amazing to work with and very responsive. Beds were comfortable and we had a great time. We will definitely stay here again.

Ashley and her lakefront rental were both amazing! She made check in and out so seamless and easy , place was juys wayt we needed As makanda girl I really enjoyed the peaceful private yet safe neighborhood feel a lot It was wonderful to sit on that bench and watch the sunset over the lake and was so serene Hope to stay there again sometime Ashley was great

Tammy was fantastic and kind. The place was great for a weekend of turkey hunting and close enough to get to the city to shop and find other things to do as well. We would stay again.

It was the best day the couple was so wonderful to me and my family. I would say there again.

Tracy was easy to reach and very responsive and helpful w any questions. She was very hospitable but not intrusive. Her place/neighborhood felt safe. As a female traveling alone that was very notable to me.

It was a great private location surrounded by nature, close to restaurants. A very beautiful stay and it felt like home. The hostess was very kind and understanding when our dog had an accident. We had such an amazing time.

The pictures are great, but it’s even better in person! Everything was perfectly clean, well kept, and many small details that make you feel appreciated as a guest. It truly doesn’t get better for a couples getaway. We hope to come back sometime! I cannot say enough good things about this place and the hosts! 10/10

Jess’s cabin was the perfect weekend getaway for my husband and I. Everything was as described and very clean. It was well stocked with everything we needed. The cabin feels secluded and the hot tub was a great addition! The cabin is also in close proximity to several wineries. Jess was very responsive. We had a relaxing weekend and will definitely be back!

This property was tranquil and private. The other two cottages were an adequate distance from ours to allow for peace and quiet. The views are fantastic and the grounds welcoming. The house was clean, comfortable and offered a good vibe.

We were surprised by the amenities and care that Mary took to get the place ready for our stay. She had all the essentials in case you missed packing something and more. She was very responsive when we asked for dinner recommendations. The cabin is right at the entrance to Godwin trail and 1.5 miles from the cross. It is walking distance to the cross as well.

It was beautiful there we loved the home, the hot tub, the pond, the fountain in the pond and having Luca come and visit us every night we hope to come and stay there again in the fall

We absolutely loved this stay. It’s in the middle of wine trails and we don’t love wine but we found some off the beaten path bourbon stops. Havisham. And the Bourbon rail that are worth the mention. The place is so cozy and clean. It was perfect for our quiet close to home get away.

Really enjoyed Gram's cabin. So peaceful and loved the front porch. Close to wineries and state parks. We visit this area multiple times a year. Went to Bald Knob Cross of Peace and got some great night photos. We felt right at home and will come back.

We had a wonderful stay at Rustic Route Cabin. The surroundings were beautiful, the cabin was everything we needed for a girl’s getaway: Comfortable beds, three bedrooms with their own bathroom, and an additional bedroom. There is nothing more we could have asked for. It was perfect!
