Wow! Our second stay at Annalena's place was just as amazing as the first! It truly feels like our home away from home. The home shines with cleanliness and brightness. The surroundings are simply stunning! Whether we were enjoying morning coffee on the dock or watching gorgeous sunsets at night, the beauty of the property never failed to impress. A refreshing dip on a hot day or a relaxing float under the sun, the pool added an extra layer of enjoyment to our stay. We're already planning our next visit because we just can't get enough! Thank you for sharing your wonderful space with us. Can't wait to be back again! We also want to give a special shout out to Florian, the property manager. His attentiveness and communication made our stay even more enjoyable.

Julie was a very welcoming and informative host. She has a child safety gate that separates the lanai from the pool. It was wonderful for the adults to be able to sit out there and not have to worry about the babies being able to get to the pool. The house was spotless and exactly how the pictures depicted.

Dan’s place was easy to find and easy to get into. Dan is very responsive when you message him. He is great at giving recommendations when you ask for them. The house was clean and has everything you need for your stay. We enjoyed our time at the house.

The house was more than we was expecting. The cleanliness, the welcome feeling and love is what makes this place special. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. Is nothing better than enjoying your morning coffee by the pool listening the birds singing. There are only great things to say about Gina’s place and I hope that next year I will have more time to describe them . Cass Cay is a great place to get dinner, drinks and listen to great music! Met your neighbor Mark and his friends Jim and Debby very nice to meet and talk with them. We were in the area for a baseball tournament and this was the perfect centrally located home. There’s a pool and fishing out back so the kids were busy when they weren’t at the field. Great host, very friendly. We will stay here again.

What a beautiful home! The photos don’t do it justice. It has a very coastal, Hamptons style feel to it. Has everything you need and so many unexpected extras. We brought some things but really didn’t have to. Lots of details down to a coffee bar fully stocked and little things for our fur baby, condiments, drinks, etc. Felt like home. The outdoor space (pool, outdoor kitchen, the view & dock) were the highlight! We loved spending the days swimming and fishing. Did catch mostly catfish (lol) but also caught snapper and other types of fish. Sunsets and the breeze outside were our favorite. Home has a great floor plan with 3 accessible rooms in first floor (very comfy beds) and a very cute second floor with its own living room and bedroom & bath. The view from the balcony was gorgeous. Cooking was great in the fully equipped kitchen. House is a 10 out of 10! Michelle was a very caring host, super responsive and kind. Would highly recommend this home. Can’t wait to return!

Beautiful historic home ! Loved the wrap around porch and the hot tub. Great shower ! Loved the coffee and wine and cozy blankets on the couch . Wish we could have stayed longer . Lots of space ! Close to downtown fort Myers

A perfect retreat located in the Burnt Store Marina development. We enjoyed a week at this condo which was centrally located between Cape Coral and Punta Gorda. The condo was extremely clean and very well organized. Beds were very comfortable and we loved the little extras, such as an insulated beach bag, and beach towels. Kitchen was well supplied with pots, pans, dishes, wine glasses, and even a small supply of spices as we often eat in while on vacation and it was very nice not to have to buy. As boating people, this is a great neighborhood. Definitely research boat rentals, tours, fishing charters if you’re thinking of fun things to do. The highlight was traveling to Boca Grande beaches (3 times!) which was just stunning. We really enjoyed the pool in the afternoons and going over to the Cass Cay restaurant in the evenings. Bill was very responsive with any questions we had!

Wonderful condo with great views, super quick access to the beach, well decorated and stocked with everything you need. Clean, convenient location and just perfect.

Enjoyed this just as much as the first time we stayed here. If we come back down this way we will definitely book Lis & Tim's place.

The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The check-in process was smooth. The location was peaceful, perfect for relaxing. We especially enjoyed being right on the water for the beautiful sunsets.

This was our second time at Alex's house. Gets better every year. Alex is very accommodating.

Great location, beautiful view of sunrise over the water and fort Myers. Loved the amenities at the club! Nice to have the bikes available and pool and hot tub were great as well.

This was a great “home base” for our event at the Heitman House. It was nearby and walkable, with plenty of space for all our guests. The house and backyard were excellent for hosting meals and hangouts, and the place was really well-stocked, making it feel like home and not a random rental. The beds were comfy and there were plenty of linens, including lots of extras so despite being at full capacity for days we didn’t need to go without. I really appreciated the amount of bath and pool towels that were provided! The hosts were responsive and had anticipated many of our questions and needs. Details like the kitchen having multiple coffee makers, and extra bug spray & beach chairs were nice touches.

Villa Lake View was the perfect home for our golf getaway with friends. Aside from easy access to many golf courses, this home made the week very memorable. It was the most comfortable and rental property we've stayed at. It was beautifully appointed with a wonderful lake view and great outdoor space and setting. This home also exceeded any expectation we had for any amenity or convenice we could have needed. So many extra touches were greatly appreciated. The kitchen was the best supplied kitchen hands down with quality supplies. I cooked everyday for the group and had everything I could have wanted. And our hosts Sondra and Bob couldn't have been more gracious and caring about our stay. We can't wait for a return visit to this home.

We had an absolutely fantastic time during our stay at Kathy’s home. I can’t say enough great things!! Her recommendations for boat rental worked out perfectly for our group. We ended up with a brand new pontoon (unplanned) that fit all 7+ of us. We used this every day and boated to many of Kathy’s recommended restaurants for dinner!! She also contacted me before our arrival to check on bedding accommodations to be sure we had plenty of spots for everyone. Once we arrived, she was quick to respond with a couple questions we had and did a great job making sure we were comfortable! And lastly, when we needed to check out an hour later because of transportation issues, she was so helpful!! I would absolutely stay here again and have already recommended her home to someone back home that asked where we were staying!! Hope that works out for everyone!! Thanks for the stay Kathy! We hope to be back soon!!

Our second time here for a great family time over Thanksgiving. It is convenient to stores, attractions, beaches and restaurants. The pool and spa are great with a wonderful canal view and plenty of privacy. There is a great outdoor kitchen and tables with TV for enjoying the near perfect climate. This house everything you need to relax and rest during your vacation.

The home was exactly what was described and had clear instructions on how to operate everything. Very responsive host!

Besides, the place was beautiful, Michael helped me out and found me a boat deal which was way better than you will get from local Rentals. I was able to take my family near the picnic Ireland to watch the dolphins. Great place to stay and relax, highly recommend.!!!

Top location and Villa! Great pool and dock for a boat rental. Each time I will be back in Cape Coral I will try to rent this villa!

It was our first time staying in Cape Coral! We spent a month at Luann’s home! It had everything we needed for our stay! Some of our favorite memories are morning coffee while watching the sunrise from the screened in porch! We enjoyed morning walks around the neighborhood looking for burrowing owls!

It was perfect for what we needed! Easy process from check in to check out. Host was great, location was beautiful and inside was clean and beds were super comfy. Thank you!
