Free guarded parking. we are 17 min from the airport. Condo has a huge pool, with a large children's area, beach lounge chairs, a restaurant on the beach, convenient store and coin laundry. My second week staying here, Jorge & his mom are the BEST hosts!!! Never any issue with communication (very fast!), always willing to answer questions. This place is GORGEOUS!!! If you are not familiar with this type of area, it will look like your renting a concrete box - do NOT let the exterior fool you! Behind those walls are beautiful landscapes, very quiet, very private and super safe! It's very safe to walk, very peaceful, you have conveniences nearby (Sam's club, Walmart, grocery, convenience market, restaurants, pharmacy, etc.). The place is as pictured, so much space inside and outside! We did not want to leave this beautiful paradise! Our taxi driver commented when pulling up, this is a very expensive and very nice neighborhood! Don't wait, book this place , you'll be glad you did!

Excellent stay in Cancun, the accommodation is in a great location, not far you will find a shopping mall, restaurants, a park with lots of small stands, entertainment and restaurants. The accommodation is large, clean, the pool is really a very pleasant plus. the two of us stayed in this accommodation, we felt at home. It has a washing machine available, lots of towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel... everything to make it the ideal accommodation. the host is very responsive. If I return to Cancun, I will return to this accommodation which was our favorite from the start and is even more so today. The place is really better in real life than in the photos. Don't hesitate if you're looking for a quiet little corner in Cancun with a pool and all amenities nearby.

We had a pleasant stay. Everything was really done to make us comfortable. Hendrick is really very friendly, very responsive and very efficient. He arranged transportation for our trips from our arrival at the airport until our departure (including trips between our different Airbnbs). In terms of the location of the house, I think it's good to have a car or take taxis to visit.

The marketing pictures seemed a little better than the actual place, and there was no drinking water or paper towels provided, and limited toilet paper products in the unit-not even extra trash bags—all of which would have been appreciated for the price we paid, but overall we would come back: beds were comfortable, ac kept it cool, clean, and barefoot distance to a beautiful beach. It helped that there was an on-site store that has nice food and small items you’ll want and need. You can eat right there, outside the store, and see the beautiful surf. Mau was very responsive and helpful every step of the way. Highly recommend!

This airbnb space was great! Had everything we needed and more. It’s very cozy and spacious. The hosts were extremely helpful, friendly & responsive. We even had coffee waiting for us! The area isn’t the best, but if you have a car it’s quick to get around to the more popular areas. The ubers are super cheap too! The location is safe and check-in is easy.
