Boutique hotel vacation rentals in Cancún

Thanks Kenny for all your helpful advice while booking. We ended up renting a vehicle which made our stay much better. While we had no reason to leave the resort, having a vehicle allowed us to try different food/restaurants, shop around and sight see without having to schedule or wait for taxis.

Everything was perfect, clean and cozy.

We enjoyed our overnight stay at this charming and conveniently located airbnb! The place was clean and well maintained, and we loved being in the center of it all with the ocean view.

This place is insane! People who appreciate nature, meaning, and reconnection will feel at home. Staff is very kind and authentic, they will do whatever it takes to make the best out of your stay. Everything comes from their heart. They built this place from nothing and are very proud of it. The place is so peaceful, an oasis in the middle of the jungle. Very different experiences offered such as Temazcal and a unique Cenote. All the details are comparable to any ultra luxury hotel. It is a place to call home and feel well treated, my heart stays here!

For the number of days I was there, I asked for a change of room because I did not like room 1 that I was assigned at the beginning, but otherwise they were accessible so that my stay was quiet.

We had a great time in Avignon! The place is extremely relaxing to reconnect and is just breathtaking! We wanted to thank all the staff as well as Jeannine for the explanations, availability, kindness and attention to us and our daughters. My stay at Lunita was remarkable, this is the most relaxing a beautiful Ecco hotel Nicco met my driver at the gate and guided him to the property. They were helpful with my bags to the bungalow/room which was clean, private and beautiful…The bed is comfortable and there was extra blankets and pillows in the closet. In the morning I took a walk on the property and seen monkeys existing peacefully in the trees and beautiful blue butterflies everywhere! The pool is beautiful I hung out in the hammock above the water and had lunch at the outdoor bar/restaurant. Nicco and his wife Giulia recommended me to a traditional Temazcal/Sweat Lodge & Cenoté nearby they were also very accommodating with calling a taxi to get back to Cancun. Tip - bring bug spray you will be in a jungle. WiFi is available by the pool and outdoor bar/restaurant area. 10/10 highly recommend !!

We had a great stay and really enjoyed the rally with other guests the following day. The place was spotless, and although the bubble house was a bit warm when we arrived, it cooled down nicely at night. Overall, we had a lot of fun!

Located in the busier area of the island, we really appreciated how walkable everything was. The room was very clean and we were very happy with the accommodations. At night, the second door kept out street noise well. The hosts were friendly and responsive. The restaurant, cafe and sports bar downstairs had great food, drink and service . If you want to be close to the hustle and bustle, this is a great place to stay.

Casa Barcos was the perfect place to stay! It’s walkable from the ferry, which made arrival super easy. The views were stunning, and the room was clean and comfortable. We loved being within walking distance of great restaurants, and Playa Norte was just a short taxi ride away. The people in charge were great—super responsive and really helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend if you're visiting Isla Mujeres!

Very nice place. The only thing was that we arrived at the marked location but we couldn't find the place, we went through dirt roads and it was very dark. We had to go back downtown to get a signal and communicate with the host. The hotel is beautiful, I would have liked to stay longer! I recommend it 100%. Just check the location well when you put it on Waze because it worked better for me to put the location of the cafeteria
