Great for couples. The studio is in the "Villas Marlin" complex, it has one of the widest and most beautiful beaches in Cancun "Playa Marlin". Strategically well located, very close to the two most important shopping malls in the hotel zone, Plaza Kukulkan and Plaza La Isla. The complex has three swimming pools, a Jacuzzi, and a snack bar. parking, 24/7 security. It has WiFi, cable TV, and A/C It has no ocean views, but it does have beach access without leaving the complex.

One step away of the wonderful turquoise waters of the Caribbean. Incredible views of the sunset on the Lagoon. There is a bus stop right in front of the condominium. Restaurants or convenience stores at a walking distance. In a few minutes in the bus you can reach the Mayan Museum, Plaza Kukulcan and La Isla shopping centers, supermarkets, cinemas, etc. Cancún is strategically located to easily access all the touristic attractions of the area and practice water sports.

A kitchen counter is positioned by large windows, offering a view of palm trees and the beach. Plates are set for two, complemented by a bottle of wine and a bowl of grapes. The serene beach scenery enhances the inviting dining space.
