Super property in a fabulous location. An ideal place for our special celebrations.

Just stayed for 2 nights, wish it had been more. Lovely house, pristine with all amenities that we needed. It is a short walk to local supermarket, and fab that you have a parking space, locked in, so that you don’t have to keep moving the car. The railway track is close by, but that didn’t disturb us. A lovely private patio too. Beds very comfortable and a really powerful shower. Rye is also walkable and Taz gave us masses of ideas for acting and visiting. A lovely town, all independent shops. Lots of artwork and gift items, spoilt for choice. Loved the shop from interior designs, the paper place, items bought. Really worth climbing the steps to the tower in the church, great views. Winchelsea beach towards Pett Level worth walking, Rye Harbour and the Nature Reserve great. Husband loved the Rye Waterworks Micropub, great atmosphere & scotch eggs. A lot of walking done in two nights stay, but worth every minute of it. Make sure you leave both sets of keys behind….unlike us. Enjoy

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay, we felt right at home. Dee and Jeff were exceptional hosts, very friendly and welcoming. They really do go the extra mile, as all the reviews say - to ensure we have a pleasant stay. The barn was everything I expected and more, you could see there were so many nice personal touches and preparation that went into making our stay as amazing as it was - from the complimentary breakfast (locally sourced), to the mobile charger and bottles of water by the bedside. Also, loved having access to Netflix and Prime! Will absolutely recommend and stay again, maybe in the Autumn/Winter time to take advantage of the log burner and fire pit outside!

The view and access to the beach was lovely.

Our daughter was very recently diagnosed with a rare form of epilepsy. Due to her medication, we were unable to fly, which meant that we had to cancel our planned family trip abroad for her 1st birthday. We found Alex and Lucie’s listing and it seemed almost too good to be true! Somewhere that we could keep our youngest shielded, whilst also giving us a place to give our eldest a real feel of a holiday. The cottage is beautiful and immaculately kept. Everything about it is perfect. Alex and Lucie added additional personal touches, like a hooded towel for the little one and additional pool checks to ensure that she was kept safe, which we appreciated immensely. I’m not sure if it was me or our eldest that had most fun in the pool and the pool toys got plenty of use! We said within a few hours of arriving that we would love to return and we look forward to doing so in the future. Thank you so much for helping us to give our little ones (and us) exactly what was needed!

What a beautiful home Lucy has. Had everything we needed for a night near the centre of Rye. A very homely feel with a beautifully designed kitchen and extremely comfortable bed. Lucy was very quick to respond and very helpful with directions to her home. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The place is beautiful and spacious also private, the pictures don't quite do it justice. A wonderful getaway location and the setup is family friendly. Rob is an excellent host and was always very accommodating and responsive.

Really enjoyed our stay … it was the perfect bolthole for my 5yr old daughter and I. Thanks to Damian, Stacey & co-hosts responses throughout my stay, even the 10.30pm one 🙈

We really enjoyed our stay at The Shed. Tina and Jeremy were lovely, very welcoming and friendly. The Shed is exactly as described with everything you need and set in a beautiful garden surrounded by fields. We loved the peacefulness and the bird song. We were delighted to visit The Prospect Cottage with the garden in full bloom only a short drive away, as well as Great Dixter Garden, Sissinghurst Castle Garden and Scotney Castle. We discovered a part of Kent that we had never been to before. Thank you Tina and Jeremy.

We had a wonderful stay at Bellevue and would definitely stay again. The property is beautiful and well equipped a stones throw away from the beach which both of our daughters loved. Angela was a fantastic host who had great communication. Thank you for a lovely stay and we can’t wait to return

Thank you Mathew for allowing us to stay with our dogs. Even though our stay was an emotional one, we felt right at home and that made things a whole lot easier. Being Autistic with other disabilities/difficulties, it can be very hard travelling and staying away at different locations. From the moment we arrived we felt like we belonged which really helped me to cope, thank you We loved the basement apartment, it was perfect from everything it offered, to the unique quaintness of its character, to how quiet it was, to feeling so warm and inviting. We look forward to returning again

Lennies place is great, spacious and comfortable. Within walkable distance to shops/restaurants and the harbour. It has great amenities meaning we were able to spend a few nights in cooking and playing some of the boardgames there when the weather wasn't so nice. Lennie is a great host and very responsive to message. We'd love to come and stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay. The property was beautiful, full of charm and right in the centre of Rye. We were also there during a heatwave and really appreciated that a fan had been provided! Bob was very helpful and provided tips on where to park nearby. Just a note that the stairs in the property are very steep and the floors a bit uneven, as you would expect for a property of that age. For us it was no problem at all but for anyone with mobility issues it might be a challenge.

The apartment has so much character and the most incredible sunsets and sunrises from the balcony, one of the best airbnb experiences we have had.

We had a fab few days . The flat is lovely...has everything you need, lovely decor, very comfy sofa and bed. Good places to eat within a few steps and easy to get to the pier and other spots. Bifold doors open onto the balcony which is a great place to sit and watch the world go by. Road is busy but once doors shut the flat is quiet...especially the bedroom. Slept very well on the comfy bed. Would recommend highly.

My wife and I had a fantastic stay at Nic’s beautiful place! Check-in was easy, the booklet provided had very concise, easy to follow instructions on how to operate the various things throughout. The property was beautifully decorated and close to the sea, providing stunning scenery, sounds and smells. Thank you Nic for hosting us and we look forward to returning in the future!

What a perfect getaway spot. We wished we had booked a longer stay! Alison has thought of everything to create a welcoming, stylish and comfortable experience inside and out! Highlights were strolling to the pretty pond area, private fire-pit area, blissfully comfy beds, views of fields and beautiful gardens. Added bonus was the on-site blacksmith’s traditional forge run by Alison’s son and husband!! Highly recommended. Thank you Alison!

The apartment was very comfortable, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The wood-burning stove and the terrace with its peaceful view were definite highlights.

Tom was very helpful from the beginning until the end of our stay. As we met him during check in, he was very nice as well. The place looked really amazing-style, location, space. We really appreacite the free breakfast (cereals, pastries, milk) and the proseco. Bed was comfortable and the place has everything you need during your stay. We felt at home and will surely stay again next time if we ever find ourselves in Canterbury. ⭐️

We absolutely loved our stay here over a long weekend! The accommodation was spotless and very comfortable, with beautiful views to wake up to. Diana was a wonderful host - warm, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. No request was too big or too small, and she welcomed us like we were part of her family. We have just arrived home after a wonderful short break at Seascape, celebrating my husband’s 70th birthday. Seascape is a beautiful apartment. Spotlessly clean and it felt like it had been newly decorated and furnished. It’s great to have two levels and two bathrooms. Felt very spacious and incredibly peaceful with the most glorious view. We spotted dolphins out in the bay from the balcony. Highly recommended. By far the best Airbnb we’ve stayed in. We also enjoyed the cafes and restaurants in St Leonard’s and the walk to Bexhill. Really didn’t want to return to 30 degrees heat in London. Thank you!

Kimberley's place is an unexpected delight. As soon as you walk in the apartment door you are hit with the 'WOW!' factor - it is truly stunning and the attention to detail is next to none. She has created a tranquil haven of bohemiam beauty, with everything you could possibly need for a stay by the sea. The location itself was perfect - within easy walking distance of everything in Hastings and St Leonard's, and with a gorgeous view of the ever-changing seascape. Kimberley was the most thoughtful and responsive host and had considered absolutely every tiny detail for guests. We loved our stay and would recommend to anyone wanting to stay somewhere special with buckets of character! Thank you Kimberley 😌
