Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Camber Sands

We loved the character of this house and the charming shared garden at the front and private patio at the back. The central location was ideal without being over busy and a designated parking spot was a real plus. Even with low ceilings this 6' 4" person coped well. Would certainly return again.

The Artist’s Cottage was an amazing place to stay during our visit to Rye! The town is extremely walkable and the cottage is close to everything: an easy walk to the train station, grocery, castle, and church. We loved how quirky the cottage is (definitely mind your head no matter your height!). There’s plenty of room to spread out, a foosball table our son loved, and lovely views from the upper bedrooms. Nick and Rachel were quick to respond to any inquiry and offered a lot of recommendations. We would love to come back!

Exceeded our expectations despite being beautifully presented. They bought us a bottle of champagne for our birthday and were extremely flexible and accommodating. Loved our stay thank you Marta and team.

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely holiday home in St. Margaret’s at Cliffe. The place was spotless upon arrival and immediately felt warm and welcoming. The view was absolutely stunning — waking up to such a breathtaking panorama each morning was a real treat. The kitchen was very well-equipped with everything I needed to cook comfortably, and the cozy living room was the perfect spot to relax in the evenings. Overall, a fantastic stay — I would definitely love to come back!

What an exceptional and beautiful residence. Set in a nice peaceful area. The home is stunning and so tastefully done Even provided us with fresh eggs granola bread and milk! Bed was super comfy. Really enjoyed our couple of days away, shame the weather wasn’t better but the house is a great place to hang out and relax. Even on a rainy day it was light and airy. The garden and surrounding countryside is beautiful with wonderful views. Beds and bedding all very comfortable and easy parking. I’m looking forward to returning!

Lucy was super friendly and responsive to our messages, even giving us recommendations for local dog walks to help tire out our energetic golden retriever. The downstairs living area and 2 main bedrooms were really spacious, comfortable and well equipped with kitchen equipment, towels, toiletries etc. Plus a fantastic walk in shower en-suite and outside areas to relax in too. All in all a great stay!

Wonderful stay - great if you have small children. Rob even got some breakfast things in for us, which was a gorgeous touch. Would 100% stay again.

It was a lovely apartment, beautifully clean, and with all the amenities we needed. Low ceilings in one bedroom and doorways, but you can tell that from the photos. A useful thing to know is that the two bedrooms are railroad style; in order to reach the double bedroom you have to pass through the two twin rooms (they're separated by the dressing room, but the stairway is in one room and accessible only through that room). This might not be a problem for a family, but we were adult friends sharing a place, and if we'd known that one room would have no privacy, we'd have made different plans. Otherwise, everything about this stay was perfect, and I give it five stars for that. Thank you!

My first time down romney sands with my girlfriend. We both loved the location of shingle bay 11 and it was really peaceful location of the hoilday park. Julie was an execellent host and couldnt fault her. She and scott came out to sort out the tv in the bedroom for us. Im defo going to book shingle bay 11 in the future hoilday. Also you looking for a peaceful hoilday shingle bay 11 is the place for you.

We had another wonderful long weekend in this beautiful bungalow with the most gorgeous surroundings and views. Our hosts were absolutely amazing, providing a well stocked hamper, an incredibly clean and comfortable home from home. Such a treat in a peaceful location, just lovely - thanks so much.

We had an amazing time staying here. The hosts were amazing, friendly, welcoming and very helpful. They sent us clear instructions for our stay and local shops and restaurants immediately following booking. Everything in the accommodation matched the description and photos, and was a lovely place to stay. The price was extremely good considering everything provided. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to rebook in future

Thank you Mathew for allowing us to stay with our dogs. Even though our stay was an emotional one, we felt right at home and that made things a whole lot easier. Being Autistic with other disabilities/difficulties, it can be very hard travelling and staying away at different locations. From the moment we arrived we felt like we belonged which really helped me to cope, thank you We loved the basement apartment, it was perfect from everything it offered, to the unique quaintness of its character, to how quiet it was, to feeling so warm and inviting. We look forward to returning again

We spent a lovely Christmas here and had everything we could possibly need. The location is perfect, endless sea views and plenty of places to walk to with the dogs. The apartments are well stocked with everything needed to cook a beautiful Christmas dinner and Anthony even provided us with lovely Christmas trees. It felt like a home away from home. Anthony kindly let us check-in early and check-out late which helped us truly relax. This was our second time staying and won’t be our last!

We had a great Christmas. The house is a much bigger then the photos. Plenty of space for a large family and more then enough hot water for all of us!! The house is very clean, enough pots, pans plates etc. Lovely setting, loved the little church, which is open for visiters only, seeped in history.

Little Rock was the perfect place for our group of family and friends to socialise and relax. The building is modern and in great condition. I'd highly recommend this for large groups or families who want peace and serenity, with all the comforts of home.

Ingram House is a beautiful house with an amazing, beautiful garden.We had a wonderful stay.Antonio responded to all messages quickly but the star of the check in/communication whilst there was Shirley the wonderful housekeeper.Such a lovely lady, who made contact before we arrived to confirm all details, meet us for check in and check out and responded to any queries during our weekend.The house has 5 bedrooms/2bathrooms upstairs and 1 bathroom plus additional toilet downstairs. A great kitchen,a lounge with seating for everyone plus a delightful dining room. To us the best place was the garden. At least 5 different ‘spaces’ to sit with tables and chairs, a great BBQ area by the kitchen, its just a beautiful, relaxing garden where we sat and enjoyed the afternoon (we were lucky with the weather). The only slight downside to us was the road noise. The windows at the front of the house have secondary double glazing which helps to reduce the noise. We would happily stay there again

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house felt really homely, the space is bigger than it even looks on the pictures and it was perfect for the 6 of us. The beach was great for walking the dogs at low tide. You need to drive to places around and the host left a very detailed manual on what is worth a visit nearby. I wish we'd packed our passports to be able to hop over to mainland Europe.

It was simply perfect for our professor's 50th birthday celebration. We were looking for a comfortable and inviting space to gather and commemorate this special occasion, and this villa exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the immaculately clean interiors and the stunning views. The villa was incredibly well-equipped, offering everything we needed for a seamless and enjoyable weekend. Thank you very much once again, for a truly wonderful stay!

We had a lovely relaxing stay at this peaceful bungalow. Everything we needed was provided at a very high standard. This was our send visit and we will be back.

Great place, right at the beach, place very clean and tidy with all you need. Lisa was very helpful and explained all we needed. Would recommend for a nice break out of the city.
