Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Camber Sands

Very spacious and comfortable flat with amazing panoramic view of the ocean. It was easy to park the car for free at a nearby park and walk to the new and old town. The beds were super comfy.

The apartment is very nice, tastefully decorated. We felt right at home! Nothing is missing in terms of equipment, point+++. Great bedding! The location is ideal, making it easy to visit Hastings and the surrounding area on foot or by transport and combining the quiet and proximity to the city center. Madelaine was always responsive and the hosting was very nice and facilitated by the explanations and advice given on site. The little touches on arrival are a real plus! It's good to know that the noises and footsteps from upstairs can be heard, but Madelaine & her husband have always been very respectful and these noises are therefore not annoying. Thanks ☺️

As it turned out my wife & I caught a cold from Hell at the last moment, and because we were visiting an elderly relative in a care home and the other house guests are also of a certain age we decided not to go , but here is the comment from the two guests who stayed . “ Everything was fine, very well equipped, a little shabby in places, excellent position and parking worked well.” From my side Phil made everything run smoothly so I would not hesitate to recommend the apartment. This was my second stay at Genevieve’s and it was just as gorgeous as I remember. With such a great location right on the sea front you can’t go wrong, and the property really feels like home. Already looking forward to our next visit!

This was the third consecutive year weve had a long weekend at Bindu's property. I never tire of the view. Keeps you fit getting to and from town but excellent location.

It's a lovely flat, with comfortable beds and a superb view of the sea. Loved being there. All instructions super clear - thank you Caroline. Lots of amenities nearby. Buses to Hastings are ok, but get the Stagecoach app to see if they're running to the timetable.

Exceeded our expectations despite being beautifully presented. They bought us a bottle of champagne for our birthday and were extremely flexible and accommodating. Loved our stay thank you Marta and team.

Karl was a fantastic host. Nothing was too much trouble and Karl was contactable if needed. Before we arrived Karl gave us lots of ideas for days out and eating out recommendations which we used. Thank you! The property itself was really clean, it has 3 ensuite bedrooms and was perfect for our group of two families. The garden was a massive hit with the children, there’s no end of things to keep them occupied (inside as well as outside). All the photos are accurate. It’s a beautiful large bungalow and we really made the most of it. Highly recommended!

What an exceptional and beautiful residence. Set in a nice peaceful area. The home is stunning and so tastefully done Even provided us with fresh eggs granola bread and milk! Bed was super comfy. We spent a few days here and were all blown away by the space! It’s modern and interesting and perfectly curated for a relaxing stay. The outside area is a haven and the hot tub, a wonderful bonus. Ben was an exceptionally friendly host and made us feel welcome in the space, giving us recommendations and if we bumped into him, he always asked how we were - it made the experience even better. It is by far the best Air BnB I have stayed in!

Victoria’s house was amazing. A group of us stayed for a walking weekend and was the perfect spot to walk to Dungeness and back. The rear access to the dunes and the beach was incredible. Victoria is an amazing host and was helpful and responsive all the way. Would definitely recommend.

The house was great. Allister was an excellent host and very responsive to any queries. The attention to detail in the house is wonderful, really well done, quirky with thoughtful detail. Coffee machines are provided in every room with tea and coffee pods provided. There were 10 of us staying and the house suited us very well. We knew to expect that the dining area was small and could only accommodate 8 comfortably but we made it work. The heated gazebo outside seated all of us comfortably. It’s a shame the pub next door is currently closed as we were expecting to make use of that. We walked into both Canterbury and Whitstable, both were lovely walks and would recommend. Lastly, the purpose built spa on site was lovely. A great space for chilling out and beautifully done. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

Thank so much for a wonderful stay - my son turned 10 and we had the best time playing table football, enjoying the games room, even a swim or two. What a lovely place you have. We hope to return. Thanks again.

Really lovely place in an outbuilding of a beautiful property. The property was private, but close enough to the main house and for visits from their 3 lovely dogs. The place itself was really functionable, with everything you'd need for a nice break away from home inc. kitchen equipment, washing machine, outside sofa etc. We were 2 adults, 1 toddler and 1 newborn + grandma and the space was a perfect size for our group. We'd recommend the Ferry Inn for a nice pub meal and the Gusbourne vineyard is definitely worth a visit. There's some lovely countryside on your doorstep too.

Sue was an absolutely wonderful host. She communicated with me prior to the trip to make sure that everything went smoothly. She was extremely responsive and even came to help when we needed her. Her apartment was perfect for what we were looking for, she was very thoughtful and we felt right at home. If ever we’re back in Deal, we will definitely stay at her apartment again!

This is my 2nd visit to Richard’s property and I still love it as much as I did the first time. Right in the centre of Canterbury, it’s a perfect location for shops, museums, transport etc. The apartment has everything in it you need and is very comfortable. All contact with Richard is fast and friendly. His written instructions are very clear on accessing the apartment too. Fab place, fab City, fab host.

We had a very comfortable stay at Fancoombe. It was very clean & well equipped with everything we needed & an ideal base to explore the local area. Very peaceful with stunning views from the veranda

David was a superb host, providing detailed recommendations alongside clear instructions to locate the property. The location of the property is unbeatable. Just a short 20 second walk from the front door of the property and you're on the private beach! My morning cup of coffee never felt so relaxing. Woke up early to catch the sunrise which was a fantastic view! Just what I needed... a peaceful few days away from the hustle and bustle of normality. Thanks for a great stay, David!

It was a privilege to stay in Teresa’s lovely seaside flat. From the moment I walked in the door of this bright, cozy and beautifully decorated flat it felt like I was entering someone’s home, not a typical rental unit. It was clean, well outfitted and decorated, with the most incredible view of the sea. I would most definitely recommend and hope to return myself on future visits. Thank you, Teresa!

thank you Hayley for hosting a fabulous short stay to see the Dunkirk Little Ships depart from Ramsgate Harbour on their 85th anniversary.. You were so helpful with the early check in time so we could see the Royal Marines Band and the flypast. The apartment is presented to a very high standard and it was perfect for our stay. The balcony sea view is fabulous, and all the facilities were spotless. Thanks again and I hope to visit Ramsgate again one day, James
