The Bothy is an authentic, traditional Highland dwelling, carefully restored to preserve its original features and character while providing essential facilities, warmth and comfort. A farmyard location in the midst of our highland home and in the heart of wild, romantic Perthshire, at the foot of the famous Schiehallion. Two miles from the village of Kinloch Rannoch at the head of the loch, the Bothy is an ideal base for outdoor adventures, observing wildlife or a relaxing escape from the city.

The Hayloft is one of our newly built luxury lodges situated amongst some of the most stunning countryside in Highland Perthshire. Each log cabin has its own private hot tub & balcony with barbecue area over looking the hills. Each lodge has 2 bedrooms,shower room & toilet, fully equipped fitted kitchen & lounge,tv,dvd etc. Park up in your private parking space there is plenty room for 2 -3 cars. Please note: There is an river in the grounds, a 3-4 minute walk away .The name Herons rest comes from the lovely resident heron which can be seen often at the river a 3-4 minute walk away. The Bunk House with Private Hot Tub

The Bunk House has two rustic log bunk beds, an en-suite shower room, kitchen, lounge-dining area and heating. Linen and towels are also provided, the space measures a total of 35 m2. Please note this is dormitory style accommodation. You will also be able to use the fire pit, canoes, paddle boards, and rowing boat during your stay. There’s also a hot tub too now! Free Parking. Single night stays are subject to a £35 supplement which will be added to your reservation after you book.

We have ancient Caledonian woodlands for you to explore, full of incredible wildlife and a wild swimming pond for those looking for a cold water fix - look us up under cotwild The Shepards hut sleeps 2 adults & 2 children under 12yrs on a sofa bed sleeping bag. 2 well behaved dogs welcome.
