The house is newly-built using eco technologies to limit its environmental impact and is surrounded by wonderful wildlife such as seals, otters, and a multitude of birds as well as many sites of historical interest.

Situated on a Woodland Croft on the shores of a sea loch, this beautiful timber bothy was conceived as a getaway for artists and creatives looking for peace in an inspiring landscape. It's also ideal for kayakers or walkers. The bothy is next to the host's artist’s studio which it is possible to see by arrangement. A fully equipped kitchen and open living/dining room with a wood burning stove and double doors that lead onto a large deck with furniture and bbq. Situated on the beautiful Airds Estate in Port Appin and 5 minutes walk from Port Appin's excellent restaurants. This is a 3 bedroom cottage in a 300 year old farm building. It is 50m from the beach with direct access to the beach. There is no public road between you and the shoreline - it's very private! The views are spectacular and the kitchen is very well equipped. Perfect for hiking or skiing the mountains, kayaking to the seal colony or cycling and walking.
