Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Calambrone

From the moment we were greeted by Isabella, Massimo and their son, to the moment we said goodbye we felt right at home. The house is well located. It was nice to leave the hustle of the old city and retreat to the expansive peaceful terrace of the house for an “aperitivo” before dinner. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well after long days of touring. One of our favorite things was collecting water from the town spring, which was just a few doors away.

Lorenza's cottage is delightful, as is the whole village that literally enchanted us. Lorenza's mother was really kind, she booked us dinner in the tiny and beautiful restaurant in Tereglio and left us wood for the fireplace in the living room (which we used in the evening, in those days it was a little cold). We look forward to coming back.

It would be simply impossible to overstate how fantastic our stay here was. We're a well travelled family worldwide, and can honestly say we've never experienced anything quite like this week. The property is a hidden gem nestled in the side of the beautiful ancient village of Peccioli, surrounded by rolling hills of olive groves and vineyards as far as the eye can see. Enjoy breakfast/coffee in the private courtyard & gardens with morning sun pouring over you, or settle in for an evening listening to wildlife with a glass of Tuscan wine. The property is well equipped and boasts clean, tasteful sleeping area which my girls greatly enjoyed sleeping in the ceiling/mezzanine space! However, the big differentiator is Elena herself. You would be lucky to meet such a beautiful, warm, kind and sincere lady. She helped us enormously with local knowledge & advice about places we'd never have found, and can now say we'll never forget. Elena made this stay amazing, and we'll be coming back!!

Ilaria's home and garden make you feel like you are "Sitting on Top of the World". Like in the Walter Vinson and Lonnie Chatmon song. Time flew in Perpoli, like the swallows in the clear blue sky that embraced the mighty mountains at the horizon. The house is intimate, like the village whereas the garden is a never ending story. Ilaria is a super friendly host who was easy to communicate with and (together with her father's art) has given this place a piece of magic. No doubt we would love to come back

The location is fantastic, with stunning views of Livorno and Pisa, at sunset it is practically a painting. The location is strategic as Pisa, Lucca, Siena, San Gimignano and Montepulciano are just a stone's throw away. The accommodation, in a tower of an old medieval castle is definitely out of the ordinary. The garden, spacious and clean, very enjoyable in summer, also set up for the barbecue. Experience really worth recommending!

We enjoyed 4 magical days in Gloria's beautiful home. The gardens are exceptional and there are so many lovely spaces to enjoy the view! Would highly recommend to any future travellers. We met both Francesco and Gloria and they couldn't have been more helpful!

The beautiful fox house completely surpassed our expectations. It was spacious, cozy, sparkling clean and a really beautiful place in the middle of nature. Betty & Roberto were super nice and helpful and every morning we were surprised with a delicious breakfast. It was an amazing and unique experience! Thank you for this 🙏🏻

We spent almost three weeks with our 10-month-old daughter in Franco and Gracia's apartment and had a great time there. The house is conveniently located for excursions in the north of Tuscany, but at the same time quiet and peaceful on a mountain in nature; you have a great view and a great garden! The apartment itself is exactly as described in the pictures; cozy, with plenty of space and a really well-equipped kitchen. With your own garden, you have a lot of private space. Franco and his wife were outstanding hosts. Very friendly, helpful and always available. The instructions to reach the apartment were also clear and understandable. The only small disadvantage of the great location on the mountain is that it is difficult to get away from there on foot (especially with a stroller), but you always have to drive by car. Overall, we are absolutely satisfied and can fully recommend this insider tip; we had a great vacation

Very central location, apartment was very modern and clean. Enjoyed our stay but would highlight that the apartment is hard to access with large luggage and/or elderly guests, otherwise would highly recommend.

Lovely apartment in a villa, independent entrance and garden, maximum privacy guaranteed in a very quiet setting. Excellent starting point for visiting the cities of cultural interest on the Tuscan hills and those by the sea. The supplies of dishes, towels, sheets, etc., are impeccable, the description on the listing corresponds to what you will find. Marco and his parents are loving, a welcome pleasure to have met them. Everything is perfect, highly recommended.

The apartment is in a prime location, everything is within walking distance, very well-maintained house, apartment sparkling clean and very modern and funny furnishings!!! We felt very comfortable and would book right there again at any time!!! Great!!!

We stayed in this apartment for 7 nights. The view is spectacular, overlooking the Tuscan countryside and with a small garden ideal for breakfast or relaxing. Inside there is also the space for the car that is really comfortable for. The house is impeccable in terms of cleanliness and truly with lots of utensils to use the kitchen. Alberto was really very kind and welcoming and if you need him, he responds right away. This destination is ideal for visiting all the villages and cities in the countryside and the restaurant nearby is divine. Unparalleled value for us.

Top location, with excellent amenities. The view is stunning and a big plus for the private cooking class! Don't hesitate, just book.

Location, location, location is the key to Emily's flat. It was easy to find, easy to explore Lucca on foot and near to local shops and restaurants, The flat was clean and comfortable. The terrace was lovely however, the one thing beyond Emily's control is the traffic noise. It was very noisy when one tried to have a snooze on the terrace in the late afternoon or read a book (which we did). However, I had earplugs so I popped them in and voila all was good! All in all a lovely place to stay and would recommend particularly if you have a car. Btw parking charges outside the flat are very cheap but beware over the summer period there is a temporary extension of the parking meter hours which is not on the machine. Parking charges are extended on Fridays and Saturdays (8am - 11pm). All other days it is 8am - 8pm. We didn't realise so got a ticket at 2245 on the Saturday evening which was rather puzzling until the man in the tourist office looked it up on a local website!

We loved staying at Elisa’s place - so lovingly restored and a truly special place. Beautiful setting and we loved hanging out in the garden on the sun loungers in the peaceful surroundings. Being able to say hello to their dogs and having their sweet cats in the garden made it feel like home to us. Easy parking nearby. Thank you so much!

It’s just not possible to accurately state in an Airbnb review how otherworldly this place is— this home and its location and community (Mony and The Top Bar!!!) were unlike anything we’ve ever experienced. We will D R E A M of coming back someday! We’ve been traveling Europe with our three children for the past three months and this was my favorite Airbnb out of all we’ve ever been to. If you’re looking for an authentic Italian village getaway — this is it. Please don’t miss your opportunity!

Pauline’s place was gorgeous and very close for shopping not far to walk to the airport and to see pisa everything was located perfectly and the apartment was very easy to find so if you struggle with finding apartments and get lost this is a perfect place for you :)

Elena’s apartment was even better than the photos! Even the teenagers were impressed! The location could not be better. We could walk to everything. We had such a great stay in Lucca and would definitely stay here again.

What a charming and peaceful property! We loved the way the home felt like “home” with all the furniture and little family momentos all around. Property was very clean and exactly as described. We were centrally located to visit Cinque Terre, Pisa and Lucca! Parking was a plus too! Would definitely reserve again in the future! Thank you Gaia for making us feel so welcome!

Very friendly, good location, street parking

Laura was the most wonderful host we have had yet! She had asked did we want an early check in as her guests were leaving early. She met us and showed us around. She was in contact during our stay to ensure we didn’t need anything and She organised a transfer for us for a very early flight. And when the transfer arrived at 4am he came with two croissants for us. She has also left us pasta, tomato’s and basil to use and a chocolate tart from a local bakery. She really went above and beyond and I really can’t recommend her enough she was wonderful.
