The quiet and picturesque neighborhood is a 10-minute drive or 20-minute bike ride from the Center.

You enter a well-maintained garden and climb a flight of stairs to enter the apartment. Entering we find the functional kitchen. A long hallway where we find a bathroom with a bathtub and a bedroom. Large windows sunbathe the house and the hostess will try to be as available as possible.

Sea-style apartment renovated entirely and externally 50 meters from the beaches and many restaurants and aperitif bars. The apartment consists of a living room with terrace, kitchen, a double bedroom, and a single bedroom. Free street parking from September to May and for a fee in the summer months (if possible, you can park for free in the condominium courtyard, but it is not a private parking that can be booked)
