Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Caelian Hill

Laura is such a special host. This was my second time staying here, and she definitely made me feel at home. Due to her hospitality, this is my favorite place to stay. Laura is very kind and responsive. She is so helpful with all of her recommendations and accommodations. This Airbnb is very quiet and quaint (picture perfect). You do not even feel like you’re in such a busy city like Rome. I cannot recommend this place enough 🥰

Wir haben vier wunderbare Tage in Rom verbracht. Die Wohnung liegt gut gelegen, so dass man zu Fuß und dann mit Bussen oder Straßenbahn alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in Rom gut erreichen kann. Die Wohnung ist wunderbar ausgestattet und hat alles was man benötigt. Serena ist sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation war perfekt.Sehr zu empfehlen.

This is a great place to stay if you want to be within walking distance of the major sites in Rome. It is not luxurious, but it is very functional with a great bathroom and shower. We did not use the kitchen, heat, or a/c, so I cannot speak to that. I did not realize it was one flight up with no elevator, so that may be an issue for people who do not want to climb stairs. But that was not an issue for me. Overall, a great option and Antonello was a great host.

Non abbiamo mai avuto un servizio come quello offerto da Cristiana e Pietro. Sono due persone squisite, aperte al dialogo e si fanno in 8 per soddisfare ogni tua richiesta (soprattutto ti aiutano con qualsiasi mezzo a loro disposizione) Considerato il periodo in cui siamo venuti a Roma (pieno di eventi, quindi con traffico intenso, problemi di parcheggio ecc), non potevamo trovare host migliore 😄

Un endroit très paisible malgré la proximité de l’aéroport, on entend très peu les avions. Maison idéale pour un séjour et le découverte de Rome à seulement 30mn en voiture. Des petites attentions à l’arrivée qui sont très agréables

Nice place with a great view

Our stay in Daniele’s home was amazing! Everything was clean and organized. He was a great host to my family and I, even showed us around restaurants near the area. I highly recommend staying here in for your trip!

We loved our stay here! The location was walkable to the Vatican, the Spanish Steps and the Trevi fountain. Our flight arrived at 6:30, and we were able to check in at 10am which was very helpful. He also arranged a taxi to pick us up at the airport, and the driver was so kind to drop us off at a coffee shop around the corner from the airbnb, where we could wait until 10am when we checked in. The little patio was a nice bonus to relax after a long day in the city. We had everything we needed for 5 adults. Highly recommend!

Simonetta e Max sono stati host davvero gentili e cordiali, rendendosi sin da subito molto disponibili. L'alloggio corrisponde esattamente alla descrizione, piccolo ma curato in ogni dettaglio e molto probabilmente pulito. È un'oasi di relax immersa nel verde con tante attività a disposizione per intrattenere sia umani sia amici a quattro zampe! Ringrazio in particolare gli host per avermi donato una splendida giornata di compleanno. Ritornerò molto volentieri a soggiornare a Villa Bovari!

We had a great stay at Stefano’s place! The apartment was perfect in every way. Upon arrival, we were able to immediately get settled and begin relaxing in the outdoor space (with sweeping views of the city). The multiple seating areas were excellent, and we loved taking advantage of the hot tub. Such an awesome way to relax after sightseeing all day. The indoor spaces were also very comfortable and functional. The two bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect, and the living room, dining room, and kitchen were great for our needs. The location is close to restaurants, shops, and more. Highly recommend this place for a couple, family, or even a single traveler. We hope to return!

Excellent séjour chez Alessandro, je mets 5 étoiles car je ne peux pas mettre plus! Nous avons adoré l’appartement, la véranda et le jardin. L’appartement est moderne et dispose de toutes les commodités, on s’y sent comme à la maison. Bonne communication avec Alessandro qui a été arrangeant, serviable et réactif. Les instructions données pour l’accès autonome à l’appartement étaient claires et faciles. On s’y sent en sécurité car l’appartement est dans une résidence fermée et tranquille. Il y a un parking en face et des bons restaurants pas loin. L’endroit est un petit havre de paix à proximité du centre de Rome. Je recommande vivement, et je reviendrai!

Everything was pretty nice, i was even allowed to check in earlier than stated after they finished cleaning. The only thing that i must warn you is: If you fall for the bathtub on the advertised pictures, which was a main reason for me to take it, there is not enough hot water to fill it and host said it’s just for beauty not to use it so that was a bit dampening everything else is perfect and it looks very nice inside and feels like home. I managed to fill the bathtub with the water cooker but would be nice to know this before booking, i would expect a bigger boiler and not just a small kettle.

A lovely welcome from Pietro, who helped us in and showed us around his fabulous apartment to the strains of Bob Marley. We loved the apartment and absolutely did not want to leave. Hope to come back for another stay soon!

Stefano is a super star of a host and a new family friend!! His place is a a gem!! It has EVERYTHING., We could not ask for a better stay. Thank so much for your kindness and recommendations. I can’t wait to go back! If you are visiting Rome this is a great option.

Struttura ottima con parcheggio interno. Appartamento pulito e luminoso e host molto gentile.

Flavio harika bir ev sahibi. Her konuda yardımcı. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Ev ve manzarası huzur dolu. Yakın çevrede alışveriş ve yemek yenecek iyi restoranlar mevcut. Villanın diğer sakinleri misafirperver. Tekrar gelmek isterim. Eğer arabanız ile geliyorsanız villaya dış kapıdan giriş yapmak için linke bir süre önceden tıklayarak dış kapıyı açık hale getirmeniz gerekiyor. Villaya giriş dar ve trafiği işlek bir yoldan yapılıyor. Dış kapıdan çıkış ta çok kolay değil bu yüzden. Bir de sivrisinekler ile ilgili önlemizi alın.

Great little apartment in a fantastic location close to the Spanish Steps. Walking and nearby bus stops made it easy to get anywhere. Everything in the apartment was modern and high quality. Terrace was nice but gets a lot of sun in the evening so made it too hot to sit out there for happy hour. However the windows out to the terrace provide the apartment with a ton of natural light which seems rare in Rome. Daria was a fantastic host and helped us with the luggage up the stairs and with anything else we needed. I'm giving five stars because it really is a very nice apartment and Daria couldn't be a better host but we probably wouldn't stay there again if we come back to Rome. We were fully aware of the stairs situation but they are no joke (112 steps). If you have any mobility issues at all this would be a deal breaker. We were there for 5 nights though and with a shorter stay probably less of an issue. We also felt the apartment was a little cramped for two people but not bad.

The flat is just as described, it was secure and we felt safe. It was like a home from home, we had everything we needed. Daniel collected us from the airport (optional) and checked us in. He provided us with a clear map and explained how we could get to the places we wanted to get to. He responded quickly to any message we sent and was always cheerful. The terrace is lovely and St Peter’s can be seen. The smell of jasmine in the street is absolutely beautiful! We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you Daniel, we will definitely recommend you to our friends and family.

콜로세움 근처에 있는 안드레안 숙소 너무 너무 좋았어요 !! 깨끗하고 조식으로 준비해주신 먹을거리도 너무 잘 먹었어요. ^^ 찾아가기도 어렵지 않고 관리도 잘 하시는 집이였어요. 8살, 10살 아이와 로마 여행 하면서 묵었는데 너무 만족하는 집입니다. 추천 드려요. 다음에 로마에 온다고 또 안드레안 집으로 머물고 싶어요 👏

We had a very nice stay for almost one week, as a family with one teenage-child. Super central location ideal for sightseeing, with lots of restaurants in the area and a nice atmosphere in the evening. Appartment is cozy, very clean and has very good windows so that you don‘t hear noise from the streets. The host is easy to reach and very friendly and helpful. Fully recommended!

Miguel's place was very easy to get to and very clean. It's close to many restaurants so you have many places to choose from. There is a supermarket near by in case you want to buy some snacks and drinks. Walkable distance to the Colosseum, St Peter's Basilica and Regoli Pasticceria.

Great location, peaceful, quiet and had everything we needed so it felt like home. Bus connection right around the corner made easy access to whatever attraction we wanted to go to. We went biking right from our place to the Via Appia for the day. Olga had friendly and open communication with us, making our stay more enjoyable.

Lovely private place only 1 minute walk from Manzoni Metro, helpful in connecting us to the local attractions as it is only 2 stops away from Termini metro. Toiletries and breakfast items were provided for us, along with quality furniture and bathroom facilities. Would recommend.

Parfait, proche du métro A et de plusieurs bus pratiques pour explorer Rome. Teresa est très réactive. Le ménage a été fait dans la chambre durant le séjour, ce qui est très appréciable.
