The shower cubicle features frosted glass for privacy. We provide essentials, a hairdryer, and extra pillows and blankets. Enjoy 150 Mbps Wi-Fi and a 32" HD Smart TV with all major streaming apps (feel free to use your own accounts for paid services). Air conditioning is available from June to September via a portable unit connected to the window. Heating is active from mid-November to mid-April. • SHARED COMMON AREAS: You'll have access to a fully equipped kitchenette and a dining area. • BREAKFAST INCLUDED: Enjoy a self-service buffet breakfast with a wide variety of items: various teas and infusions, chamomile, different types of coffee, butter, fruit juices, various yogurts, cereals, rusks, toast bread, brioche bread, pancakes, assorted pastries (brioche, plum cake, muffins), various jams, peanut butter, Nutella, maple syrup, honey, sugar, and sweetener. "The Nest" Restart Style Studio Apt at Colosseum

This lovely apartment, completely renovated in 2018, is ideal for couples or solo travellers visiting Rome for either business or pleasure. The 20m2 apartment can accomodate up to 2 guests and is situated on the first floor of a historic building (without elevator 8 steps). The living room has been decorated with great care in a predominantly white colour that, together with the beautiful high ceilings and parquet flooring, creates a cosy and comfortable atmosphere. The living room features a sofa-bed, an LCD satellite television and a dining table with chairs. The modern, open-plan kitchen is fully-equipped to prepare meals. A practical staircase located behind the wardrobe provides access to the loft space (ceiling 1.70mts high) where you will find a double futon. Lastly, the bathroom is equipped with a shower. The Nest apartment is located just a few minutes walking from the Coliseum and the Celio Park, one of Rome’s nicest green spots; easy walking to all historic monuments. The neighbourhood is residential, family-friendly, and has small supermarkets close by as well as restaurants, cafes, and trattorias.

The suite is equipped with WiFi, TV, air conditioning, a kitchenette and a toilet with shower. In each room you will find a tray with sealed portions of jams, Nutella, biscuits, rusks, coffee capsules and hot drinks to be consumed independently with the "Nescafè" machine, a kettle for tea and a plate for toast. For your complete autonomy during your stay, the room key is in the key box next to the door.
