No sea views but quietly away from the road. Close to coast & countryside, and 30 mins prom walk to Penzance. Situated on the art school hill with harbour & Mounts Bay views. 10 min walk downhill to Newlyn’s shops, bars, restaurants, gallery & cinema, with a steep return. Not suitable for children or pets.
