This architect designed retreat is a perfect for couples or young families. Surrounded by pine trees you will stay in a secluded side annex to our main family house. The area is surrounded by walking paths and quiet country lanes. It is a newly renovated open-plan space with en-suite shower room and private balcony, tree-top views and direct access to a yoga deck. By arrangement guests may have exclusive use of the heated pool and infra-red sauna which is situated at the rear of the main house.

Perfect rural getaway! Peaceful & secluded lakeside setting for a relaxing adults break in our cosy hut. Pets welcome (xtra). Private bathroom facilities. Fishing available. Countryside walks nearby lead to local villages e.g. Buxted & Hadlow Down or wander round our lakes, ancient woodland and shaws where wildlife and wild flowers abound. Cattle and sheep in our fields nearby. Tunbridge Wells/Brighton 1/2hr drive. Main line trains to/from Buxted/ Crowborough and London (1 hr). Discs for 4 nts+

Little Sussex Barn with Sauna and Swimming Pond

The cowshed at Totease has been recently renovated to create a beautiful annexe attached to the main house which dates from c1600. With wall to wall glass windows the cowshed feels bright, warm and connected to the garden. Outside is a private patio space, koi carp pond and seating area looking out onto the orchard. You will have use of our outdoor natural swimming pond and wood burning barrel sauna overlooking fields and the South Downs. Sauna usage 1 included, extra use £20 per time.

The Shepherds Hut at The Apple Barn

Enjoy a wonderful stay in our gorgeous, original shepherds hut. Situated in a private, and enclosed field with an outdoor shower and compost loo with a barbeque and dining area. About 100 m from our house. Surrounded by hammocks with access to our large swimming pool, a field with our friendly pig, Emily and our lovely old goat Evangeline. The Shepherds Hut has a double bed, a stove and electricity. With views up to Chanctonbury Hill and easy access to walks and cycling on the South Downs.

We are pleased to welcome visitors to our 1 bedroom self-catering studio apartment, sleeping 4 people, situated on the side of the Downs in the Southdown National Park overlooking Findon Village. (73 SqM / 785 SqFt living space). Views and easy access to Cissbury Ring, the second largest Neolithic flint and iron age hill fort in the UK, Chanctonbury Ring, a prehistoric hill fort, and the Downs gallops of Gifford’s Racing Stables.
