Perfect barn with superb sea and rural views

Cornwall has many lovely character properties and many with wonderful views, but very few with both! This is a spendid ‘upside down’ ancient barn, with a spacious, light and airy double height living room, with well-equipped kitchen area on the first floor, taking advantage of the amazing views. Two cosy bedrooms, modern shower room and all-important boot/ utility room are on the ground floor. The decor is stylish and simple, with excellent quality fittings and linens. Everything you could need!

A beamed, cosy cottage with sea view from all rooms. Sleeps up to three with one double and one single bedroom upstairs along with the bathroom with shower over bath. The lounge, kitchen and dining areas are all on the ground floor. A door from the lounge leads out to the private walled patio garden. A few steps from the garden gate is the large, enclosed guest paddock with sea view. The paddock has benches, picnic tables, a brick BBQ, dog agility equipment and croquet set available for use.

Garden Apartment, close to beach and coast path.

The Garden Apartment is a peaceful, semi-detached, stone-built Tintagel cottage and enjoys wonderful coastal views from the patio overlooking fields to the sea and cliffs beyond. The cottage has a spacious and comfortable open plan living area, including a woodburner, and a king size bed. Outside the patio catches the sun from morning until evening, outside there is patio furniture, sun loungers and a bbq so you can relax and unwind. Located 500 yards from Bossiney Cove and Benoath Cove.

This Grade II listed former watermill is set within its own 5 acres of land, exclusively in the beautiful Rocky Valley. It comfortably sleeps from 6 to 12 in 6 separate bedrooms and much of the original workings that have been preserved with slate floors, oak beams and a complete waterwheel. The charming gardens of The Mill are a delight, the extensive decked area joining the Mill provides a perfect place to sit, relax and barbecue, whilst enjoying the millstream running by.
