It has a separate gourmet space, which was important. The only observation was that the pool was not heated at the time we were there. The rest was wonderful. Good internet connection (you can work from there), flexible check-in, ample space for families and pets.

Sandra is a love and very helpful. The house is impeccable, all very clean and perfumed. Many super-scented comforters for the evenings, which are often colder. Beautiful and spotless house! I felt right at home, the fireplace is a plus. The kitchen is extremely complete, the rooms are spacious and the view of the house is amazing, I felt in touch with nature! Hostess and caretaker always very helpful. I'll be back for sure! Just one important point is that whoever has a small dog and he is a runner should be aware that the fences are not very secure. It wasn't a problem for me because my dog was always around, she loved to play and run around the space.

The property is well located, near the Iguatemi mall and with several dining options and supermarkets (Tauste, Carrefour). Parking included, very easy to use. Well-equipped apartment with a large smart TV and well-equipped kitchen, including a washer and dryer. I highly recommend the space.

Apartment all equipped with internet, tv, and full kitchen. We stayed 40 days in the apartment and served us very well. The condominium is very wide, with shops, manicure, hairdresser, marmita, fair on Friday and with a large walking area which pleased many of my pets. We didn't have a lot of noise problems despite being fit with several residents. Caroline has always been helpful in helping with what was needed.

I took a course during the month of July in Sorocaba and chose Dani's apartment to be my home during the month. The apartment is beautiful, well planned and super cozy. It was very nice to be able to come back at the end of the day and stay in such a pleasant environment. The location is excellent, close to the main avenue of the neighborhood, with supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, shopping. By having acoustic windows, bed and pillows super comfortable the quiet sleep was guaranteed. Dani is a super attentive, polite and kind person. I recommend to everyone who has the opportunity to stay there.
